17.01.2022 I've always used every opportunity to veggie-load a treat. These chocolate zucchini muffins, finished perfectly with a little leftover easter egg are an awesome option for fussy kids. Triple Chocolate Zucchini Muffin Recipe Ingredients: 1/2 cup Milk... 1 1/4 cups Plain flour 1/3 cup cocoa powder 1 tsp bicarb 1/4 tsp salt 2 tbsp oil 1/4 cup honey 1 tsp vanilla 1 egg plus 1 extra egg white 1 cup of shredded zucchini 1 handful baby spinach 1/4 cup applesauce 1/3 cup choc chips Method: 1. Preheat oven to 180' and grease mini muffin pans (about 24) 2. Squeeze the shredded zucchini of all excess water with paper towel - needs to be as dry as possible. 3. In a bowl combine the flour, cocoa, bicarb and salt and set aside. 4. In a food processor (or thermomix or large bowl with electric beaters) mix honey, oil, vanilla and egg s. Mix on medium (sp 2-3 on TMX) until combined, continue to mix and add applesauce, milk and spinach. 5. Pour wet ingredients into the dry as well as the zucchini and choc chips and fold in until just combined. 6. Divide batter between muffin tins and bake for 20 minutes. Once cooked cool in pan before transferring to a wire rack and ice as you prefer. Preheat oven to 180' and grease mini muffin pans (about 24) 2. Squeeze the shredded zucchini of all excess water with paper towel - needs to be as dry as possible. 3. In a bowl combine the flour, cocoa, bicarb and salt and set aside. 4. In a food processor (or thermomix or large bowl with electric beaters) mix honey, oil, vanilla and egg s. 13.01.2022 Who doesn't love pancakes? Next time you;re making a batch put a couple aside for a mini lunchbox treat. Sandwiched between our pancakes is a Chamomile Caramel sauce that increases the zen in the kid's day :) Chamomile Caramel SauceIngredients:... 150 mls of Whipping Cream 200 gms raw sugar (or alternative such as rapadura) 2 tbsp boiling water 2 chamomile teabags 150 gms butter 1 tsp vanilla extract Method: Stovetop - Combine milk and water over medium heat and steep the teabags for a couple minutes, remove teabags and add remaining ingredients, stirring regularly until golden brown. Simmer for 15 minutes watching to be careful it doesn't burn Thermomix/Bellini etc - Warm milk and water and steep teabags for a few minutes. Remove teabag and add remaining ingredients. combine all at Varoma temperature and Speed 2 for 15 minutes. Pour into a glass jar and chill.

05.01.2022 Berry Yoghurt Muffins, prepared in a mini loaf pan are the perfect fit for your Go Green. Topped with ricotta icing and freeze dried raspberries :) Blueberry Yoghurt Muffin Slice Ingredients: 1 cup Vanilla or Mixed Berry yoghurt... 4 tbsp Milk 2 cups Wholemeal Spelt Flour (or any plain flour) 1/2 cup of Coconut Sugar (or any sugar of choice) 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda 2 eggs 1/3 cup of rice bran oil (or canola/vegetable) 1 cup of fresh or frozen berries Icing: 250gm Ricotta (or cream cheese) 4 tbsp Lemon Butter 1 tbsp icing sugar Method: 1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees and grease a lamington pan (or muffin cups) 2. Combine the flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and bicarb in a bowl. In another bowl combine the egg, yoghurt, oil and milk. Stir the dry ingredients until just moistened. Fold in the blueberries. 3. Pour batter into pan and bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool in pan before icing. 4. To make icing beat all the ingredients until smooth. Spread on top and chill. Pieces can then be sliced and frozen ready for the lunchbox. See more

01.01.2022 How do the small, medium and large name decals stack up on a lunchbox?

01.01.2022 Holographics, Chromes, Shimmers and Confetti are very popular vinyls. But not all vinyls are created equal, these vinyls are multilayered and because of this they are difficult to apply to and unlikely to stay put on anything that isn't super smooth. For this reason I do not recommend any of these vinyls for application to 'soft' surfaces like tupperware, b.box and montii.co or textured surfaces like the Go Green. This warning is in the description of every listing on the website, labels will not be replaced if you purchase these vinyls for use on those type of surfaces.
