18.01.2022 2020, what a roller coaster of a year it has been! Especially for my little business- that all my regulars have witnessed with me and have see the impact it’s had. I honestly have the most amazing clients that have become family and I am so thankful for the support they have shown me! Especially with the little Hiccups due to us not having a house/salon and maternity leave going a little longer then anticipated even after covid restrictions lifted! I’m now back up and runn...ing and appreciate the continuing support you show me and the understanding of the changes between Bub and I adjusting to work and the covid restrictions. I also cannot thankyou all enough for the glowing recommendations, which has allowed me to gain new clients that are enjoying their services with me! Anyone that knows me knows I put everything into making the salon work as soon as we had keys and our floors were done, so I could be back to making you all feel like the queens you are and deserve to be! What you guys don’t see is my eldest child helping me out with the baby when he can or all the extra things Kurt does when his home for a few days to help me improve the salon, to ensure it’s the best it can be for your services! Tegan Maree beauty may only have one offical employee, however it’s very much so run by more then just me behind the scenes, and I’m as thankful for that as much as I am all my clients! So another massive Thankyou to all my clients that have supported me this year!! 05.01.2022 Update in regards to booking, payments and no shows! As of the 1st of January 2021 Tegan Maree beauty will be processing all eftpos payments via Fresha- the booking system I currently use and love, and my clients love for their reminders or booking appointments themselves. What does this mean?! ... - This now means I will have no physical eftpos machine, it will all be processed online through Fresha on my phone/iPad/computer at your appointment- not before unless you cancel after 24hours before your appointment or no-show! Cash is still welcome, I just ask you have close to correct amounts if doing this! - appointments are now required to be confirmed with your card, by 24 hours before your appointment, when that reminder message goes out. Failure to do so will now result in your appointment being cancelled! - appointments cancelled/rescheduled less then 24hours prior to your appointment, will incur a fee of 50% of the cost of your service. - Or a fee of 100% of the service costs for no shows. I appreciate the support my regulars and new clients(yes I’m still accepting Newbies ) have shown during the change over since I’ve returned off mat. Leave early October. However with the multiple no-shows and $600 lost in services I’ve had from them in the past 2 weeks, unfortunately I’m now short to support my little family! I’ve been very lenient towards everyone that’s cancelled or had not shown before December, however I will not stand for it anymore when I have a wait list of clients that want an appointment and a family to support and a business to run!
