23.01.2022 According to positive psychology, did you know that showing gratitude actually makes you a happier person? After the crazy year we all experienced in 2020, I'm all for more happiness! Here are 2 things/people I'm grateful for right now:... 1. Working from home, because it saves so much time not having to commute leaving more time for productivity! 2. Having beautiful neighbours at our new home, because when you work from home having awful neighbours is super stressful - from mid 2018 to Oct 2020 I dealt with excessive and super loud dogs barking next door all throughout the days and it literally drove me to the brink of insanity. 23.01.2022 I used to worry about thinking that I didn't know enough until I realised it was holding me back from helping people! The truth is, I DO know enough - more than enough I studied for 5 years, got excellent grades and hold a degree in health science. I've done infinity hours of research and industry professional development. I LOVE helping people to take charge of their health concerns and receiving messages from my patients thanking me and letting me know how amazing they're feeling. Ive learnt that negative self talk gets you no where, and the only limitations you have are the ones you place on yourself Is there something you need to let go of that is no longer serving you?
