23.01.2022 Last month together with Astrid Simone Photography we held a puppy love fundraiser at Latrobe. We were able to raise a huge $1030 for a wonderful organisation Brightside Farm Sanctuary who continue to do such amazing things for so many neglected and injured animals. Thanks again to all that came along and made this possible A special thanks to Astrid Simone Photography and Debbie Dobson for your help! Thanks also to the amazing friends who let me raise some extra money by photographing their furbabies the last few weeks

08.01.2022 Introducing this amazing young woman Jayda she is only 16 and is so inspiring. She's actually better with words than me so ill let her explain I made this shirt in a workshop I have been participating in at school. In this workshop we have watched documentaries, made our own realistic Disney princesses (that don't have a waist the same size as their neck) and we've also talked about self love. I have a great deal of passion around body image and society's standards as they'...re always changing. I want to make a change for people my age, for people every age about what they think about themselves. Because whatever you look like, we need to think about what our bodies do for us each and every day. A quote I love is; even if you had two people that are exactly the same, worked out the same, used the same products for everything, ate the same thing at the same time, they still wouldn't look the same. It's time for everyone to love themselves the way they are. I have been privileged to watch her grow from a baby to the amazing young woman she is. Show her some love and support she is absolutely inspiring!

05.01.2022 I have been doing photoshoots for this amazing woman for years. She was my first fitness shoot when I wanted to practice to see if I could do that style of photography. This most recent session is the first time I have seen her comfortable in her own skin and embracing her natural hair and also with very little make up. Its been amazing to witness her journey to being comfortable in the skin she is in. ... 05.01.2022 Lets chat! I dont share as much as I should on here because I tend to overthink what I want to write in my posts. Helping women overcome their body issues is so so very important to me! I have a question for you all What do you think these amazing women had in common when I met them?.......... They were all a bit harsh to them selves and freely told me what they dont like about themselves! I think some of you scroll through my feed and think that the women are all super confidant, love their amazing bodies and walk in ready for their photoshoot. Out of all the women I have photographed there has only been maybe 2 that have been confident and and walked in ready for their photoshoot. These ladies certainly walked out with more confidence! And don't for a minute think that body issues dont affect men I have experienced men struggling too. I had a pop in with his family for a photoshoot a few years back and he was covering his belly with his arm. It broke my heart but it also made me more determined to start conversations and to normalise different body shapes! Every body is beautiful and if anyone ever whats to chat I am only a message away
