24.01.2022 Another Successful move of a Tekcel CNC machine for Waltons Plastics from Canning Vale to Armadale. Each machine is leveled to within point 5 of a mm per corner to ensure that the linear rails are parallel along the length of the machine which ensures trouble free operation and accuracy where it is needed. We always use Greens Hiab Services pty ltd for moving any of our machines as they are the best in what they do!

18.01.2022 New 3 Kilowatt Fibre laser installed at Himac engineering in Albany WA. This machine will cut up to 20 mm Carbon steel!!! It has 2 cutting beds when one is in, the other is out getting loaded with the next job. This saves time and money. Installed and maintained by Tekcad.!

18.01.2022 Setting up and moving the Mimaki printers at Printforce.

17.01.2022 At Bk Signs in Broome commissioning a new Mimaki Jv300 printer with the new BS 4 inks and Rasterlink 6 software. Also changing over the inks on the mimaki flatbed JFX 1631 printer. However came across a problem with the wiper pump diaphragm disintegrated, so made up a temporary diaphragm using a pair of rubber gloves and it worked well. New pump on its way ...This is why Tekcad can be the best when it comes to repairing your equipment as we can think outside the square to get you our customers back up and running with minimal delays where possible. There was also an old Mimaki CG 130 plotter that was presumed dead that I was able to get going again with a simple cure of a loose grub screw on a motor. So overall a successful trip to Broome and hopefully a happy customer who can continue to run his business with great Mimaki products.
