01.01.2022 World Suicide Prevention Day. It’s not an easy or comfortable issue to talk about, but it’s essential that we do discuss it with our family and loved ones. Do you know the possible signs to look for ? If you’re concerned about someone ask them how they are feeling. We need to ask RU Ok? regularly , not just one day a year ... Ask them if they have had thoughts of self harm or suicide. If they are not feeling safe with their thoughts, Seek professional help. There are many great 24/7 services to contact for support, or your Doctor or local hospital. It’s OK to not be OK. See more
