23.01.2022 And that’s a wrap for the Spanish pop up. Now as officially Karina and Andres are both dead to me I cannot wish them well on their new prospects. But if I could, I would thank them for their bravery in having a go at a concept that not many understood. I would also wish them all the happiness and good fortune they can fit in their palms on their new adventures down in Byron Bay (it’s not actually there but somewhere close to there that I can’t remember Yimbu or something, an...yway whatever) I probably would also express eternal gratitude to them for bringing a true authentic taste of their home to my little hole in the wall. But alas, I can’t as they are dead to me. Most of all I really really look forward to the look of disappointment on people’s faces as they see my very non Spanish mug staring at them from the hole in the wall.
