When you visit us for your free consultation - we will sit down with you in a relaxed environment and discuss how your hearing is affecting your lifestyle and those of the people around you. 03.01.2022 Meet Anthony Plumb from Telex Hearing Aids Anthony began working with his father Denis at Telex Hearing aids based In Port Philip Arcade (behind Young & Jacksons) in 1986, as a repair technician while at University, and later running the hearing aid manufacturing business from 1988. In 1994 manufacturing had diversified to include items for Law Enforcement, Media, Motor Sport and the Music Industry in addition to hearing aids and earmoulds.... Anthony has managed the retail and manufacturing operations together since 1990, and was made a Director of Telex Hearing Aids in 2016 as a result of his fathers declining health. Anthony attended Carey Grammar School in Kew, La Trobe University and RMIT. His interests include swimming coaching a career also beginning in 1986, Classic Cars and Amateur Radio. He is married to Karen and has 2 Girls aged 21 and 18. He lives in Eltham but his work takes him throughout Victoria, NSW and Australia. He is a life member of Doncaster Templestowe swimming club, and serves on several committees including his current swimming club and also as Secretary of the North-East Radio Group. He is also currently serving his year as President of the Mosman Beefsteak & Burgundy Club.
