19.01.2022 At this Saturday's La Grande Fête you can take a trip to France without leaving Canberra! L'avenue des Champs Elysées will boast so much French food as well as beautiful French goods, books and more. You'll be able to visit stalls by the Alliance Française de Canberra, ACT Bilingual Education Alliance, Les Explorateurs Scout Group and Eclaireurs de Canberra. Le Van du Livre will be there with their gorgeous range of French books and more, the France at Home van will boast an exciting array of purely French produce including Carambar sweets, Magasin de jouet will have exquisite toys on offer, and you can make your own perfume and learn about French perfume making at the French Perfumery.
18.01.2022 Morning all! Just had a question re whether La Grande Fête is dog-friendly. As much as we love puppers / les chiens, La Grande Fête is held at Telopea Park School, and under ACT Government policies, dogs are not permitted on school grounds.... But please bring as many two-legged friends as you like! LGF team
