Recently a customer called Telsec asking for us to check on the monitoring system to see if it had recorded an incident. When we went to check the cameras, we saw that there had been a spider that had spun a web around the camera, which caused the camera’s sensors to continually record. ... In short, the monitoring system ran out of storage. Making it a weekly routine to look over your cameras and footage, can save you a lot of trouble. Along with a good dust. It’s also important to have a trained technician tend to the cameras around your property every 6 to 12 months.
