08.01.2022 Stall : Temasek Street Food Dish : Indian Rojak (Weekend Specials) Today my foodie journey brings me to Temasek Street Food located at Eshed Markets in Fremantl...e, where they are serving Indian Rojak specials. There are great varieties of food to pick from at this indian rojak stall and the items are all freshly made. YES YOU CAN CHOOSE WHAT YOU WANT, ITS YOUR CHOICE They have plain fritters, vegetable fritters, coconut fritters potato fritters, fried tofu, fried tempe, fried potato, fried fish cake, beef lungs(paru), Sotong. The best items I like and to try are the egg flour, coconut fritter, crispy prawn fritter and the potato. The items are fried to a crisp and serve with a bowl of piping hot sauce. The rojak sauce looks fiery red but it is actually more scary to the eye than the tongue for it tastes pretty sweet and is thick, which makes it perfect to dip the freshly fried fritters especially the prawn fritters which makes it all worthwhile. You just got to try it to want it more. Really yummy and would recommend to come support another malaysian-singapore food destination in Perth.
