25.01.2022 4 . B R A I N . F A C T S . T O . H E L P . B U I L D . R E S I L I E N C E How important is having resilience at the moment hey? If you want to find out how our brains work, when it comes to resilience, then the attached article might shed some light! The four facts are summarised here:... 1) 80 per cent of your bodys signals are sent to the brain from the body and only 20 per cent the other way around 2) When your amygdala is active, you cant have empathy for others 3) The emotional content of our voices is an important signal of safety to our brains 4) Elevated stress changes our brain chemistry and shrinks the area connected to making goals https://www.wellnessdaily.com.au//4-brain-facts-that-will-

25.01.2022 M A T E S . C A T C H - U P This happened on Saturday! Our amazing Mates Mentoring crew had a catch up in the city! They had an awesome time on the Melbourne River Cruise and hanging out and getting lunch together. Always such a good time getting to catch up with one another !

25.01.2022 Z O O M . S T A F F . M E E T I N G S How handy is technology hey! We've been loving being able to catch up as a team each week to continue praying for our community, sharing stories and planning towards the future. While our Respite Care program is still on pause, waiting for a further lift on restrictions, for the rest of our programs; it's business as usual! ... We know that for some organisations this has been a period of quietness and stepping back, for us however, it has been quite the opposite. Our services and support have been a lifeline for many of our clients who are feeling the isolation, anxieties and lack of services, the hardest. It has been an honour to be able stick by them through this time and we are in awe of their resilience in getting through this season.

25.01.2022 C A R R Y . E A C H . O T H E R S . B U R D E N S What a crazy time in history it is. A time where some are feeling incredible loss and isolation, while others are finding a new sense of rest in their life. And while fear has tried to be the loudest voice, it has been beautiful to see the way people have responded in selflessness to other's needs.... It won't make front page news, but we know there are innumerable untold stories of people who have decided to "help carry another's burden". Sometimes this has taken the form of an anonymous bank transferral, an unexpected bag of food at the door, or perhaps a much needed telephone conversation. God sees it all and smiles! What a joy it is to live in community that looks out for each other. Let's keep it up *Also, if you, or someone you know, is struggling during this time then give us a call on 9877 7729 and we will try our best to assist. Your life is important.

24.01.2022 H A P P Y . N E W . Y E A R We hope you have had an amazing Christmas period and are continuing to enjoy the school holidays! We are so excited for what this year will hold and we really believe that God has such goodness in store for you all. Praying that you would know His comfort and plan for your life!

24.01.2022 M E E T . R A C H E L Role: Family Support Worker This week we caught up with the lovely Rachel, to find out a little bit more about her life! Here's what she had to say :)... Interviewer: Hey Rach, we are so glad that we could catch up with you today! Thanks for taking the time to chat with us. We'll start off with an easy question; so when did you first hear about Temcare? Rachel: I first heard about Temcare in early 2018 from Naomi who called me to apply for a job at Temcare, and I have been working here ever since! I: Awesome! And whats your favourite thing about working at Temcare? R: Definitely being able to talk freely about Christ and pray and to serve God through serving others. I: That's amazing, you have such a loving heart Rach. And what is your proudest accomplishment? R: My proudest accomplishment would be having my 2 children. I: Yep that's certainly a huge achievement! And now on a more serious level, what song would you sing at a karaoke night? R: Certainly Time after Time by Cindi Lauper or Crazy for you by Madonna. I: Haha love it! Wouldn't mind a little demo..! But we'll move right along! If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life what would it be? R: Any thai salad; they're so good! I: Certainly agree! They're delish! And how would your friends describe you? R: Probably talkative, compassionate, caring. I: Yep I would agree with that! And what's the worst gift you have ever received? R: A single easter egg from a friend for my birthday. I: Haha that's hilarious! Surely they were aware of how average that gift was! Haha. Anyway, last question to finish off; what would be your most embarrassing moment? R: It's not one particular moment, but any time I stutter doing a presentation of any kind in public it's pretty embarrassing. I: Yeah I feel that! Don't know too many people who like the ol' public speaking gig. Thank you so much for your time Rach, we have loved getting to know you a little better. And keep up the amazing work you do! R: No worries! *If YOU have any questions you would like to ask Rach then comment them below and we'll get a reply :)

24.01.2022 W O R K I N G . F R O M . H O M E Can you believe that today marks the 6 month anniversary of many Melbournians working from home!? How quickly that time has flown by. Our wonderful staff are amongst the large number of workers who have been enjoying/enduring the process of working from home for six months now, as we are sure many of you are too. Or perhaps you have found yourself spending a lot more time around home, due to home-schooling your children or other life changes.... And while a lot of us are hoping that it might come to an end shortly, we know that there are certain aspects that we are going to quietly miss...! Whether it's being able to wear that dressing gown around all day, finding yourself closely positioned to your coffee machine, having the company of your pet or children, or something else entirely, we know our staff have been making the most of it. What has been your guilty pleasure working from/being at home these last six months?

23.01.2022 P E A C E . I . L E A V E . W I T H . Y O U Even though our circumstances probably feel quite out of control right now, I'm so thankful that we can have relationship with a God who offers peace in all circumstances. If we seek Him; peace we will find!

22.01.2022 ~ Christmas Gifts! ~ Some of our local churches have absolutely blown us away with their generosity towards our clients this Christmas! Dozens of generous gifts have been donated by Edge Church, Full Gospel Assembly, Bridge Church and Canterbury Gardens Community Church, which we get the joy of dispersing on Thursday at our Temcare Christmas Party! We cannot thank each individual enough, who went out of their way to buy a gift which they knew a child or parent would like. These gifts will be such a blessing!!

22.01.2022 M E E T . N A T A L I E Role: Family Support Worker Interviewer: Hey Nat! Thanks for having a chat with us today and letting us get to know you a bit better! We might mix it up a bit and get to some of the more important questions first; soooo if you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life what would it be?!... Natalie: Definitely Mexican Burrito Wrap from Fonda at knox city! I: Haha I love how specific that is! Sounds delish! What about your favourite song for Karaoke night? N: Hmm something from the 80s, not sure which one though. I: Yeah fair, they are all good! Speaking of the 80's, I hear your family have been involved with Temcare for quite some time now! When did that first start? N: Well my parents were carers with Temcare in the 80's, and then I started working for Temcare 14 years ago. I: That's amazing, that's a pretty good innings! What's your favourite thing about working at Temcare? N: I love the families I: That's awesome. What about with your time outside of work, what are your favourite things to do? N: Reading and exercise I: Nice! And what would be your proudest accomplishment? N: Being a mum I: Amazing. And how do you think your friends would describe you? N: Naomi would describe me as naughty but its not true! I: Haha yeah I've heard some of these rumours! I won't ask you to elaborate just in case they're true... And lucky last question then; Which Temcare staff member is the funniest? N: Not Neville I: Yeah good, safe answer! Thanks so much for your time Nat and for chatting with us! Really appreciate it. Keep up the amazing work that you do! *If YOU have any questions you would like to ask Nat then comment them below and we'll get her reply :)

21.01.2022 F I N D . O U T . M O R E Hey amazing Facebook followers! Some of you have been around for many years, and some of you have just tuned in. Either way, we are so stoked you're here! ... Particularly for those of you though who are new and have been wanting to know more about what we do as an organisation, we thought we should put up a link that takes you straight to our website where you can view our past newsletters and hear the stories of some of our beautiful clients. Have a look if you're keen!! https://www.temcare.org.au/media/

21.01.2022 C Y C . P A R T N E R S H I P It is such a joy to work alongside other christian organisations who are passionate about sharing the goodness of God through loving people in really hands-on practical ways. Christian Youth Camps (CYC) is an organisation who does just that, through running multiple primary and teen camps every school holidays. ... For many years we have loved to send our clients on CYC camps, as they always come home raving about how much they love the activities, the leaders, and everything they learn. Last week we took our partnership to a new level by sending our youth worker, Simone, to attend CYC’s Forest Edge teen camp to work alongside their incredible leadership team and be able to contribute some of her professional skills. It was a seamless fit, and was such a joy to be able to support CYC in their incredible work by providing training on trauma for their leaders, a point of consultation on camp, and being an extra point of connection for campers who needed a bit of one-on-one support. We would love to give a huge shout out to CYC Holiday Camps and all their incredible employees and volunteers who provide such an environment of joy on every single camp. We cannot thank you enough for all that you do!

20.01.2022 M A T E S . Z O O M . C A T C H - U P We love our incredible team of volunteers who make the Mates program what it is! Last night we had a really fun time catching up on zoom, with all the mentors, and hearing how they've been going with their mentees during this challenging time. ... We got a meal delivered to each of our mentors, so we could catch up over dinner, like the good old, pre-covid days! It was such an awesome time of sharing stories and getting prepared for coming out the other side of lockdown with fresh ideas and a renewed motivation! We cannot wait for what the future holds for our Mates Mentoring program!

20.01.2022 F A M I L Y . C A M P . 2 0 2 0 What a blast it was! We went away with a group of 15 amazing mums and their beautiful children to spend time hanging out as a family, learning about how God sees us, and spending a LOT of time swimming in the pool!... Also, a massive thank you to the amazing volunteers that came on camp to give these families the best possible experience, and some child-free time! And to all the amazing supporters who donated money, which meant this year all of these families could come on camp completely free of charge! Amazing!

20.01.2022 V O L U N T E E R . O F . T H E . M O N T H Names: Rachael & Dan Bingham Role: Respite Carers... This is Rachael and Dan Bingham and their 3 gorgeous kids! They have been Respite Carers since April 2018, and they are the most generous and warm people you will ever met! When you walk into their home, you feel immediately loved and accepted, and as though you've known them forever. They currently provide respite care for twin girls and have been huge positive role models in their young lives! We feel so privileged to work alongside this beautiful family who have such a willingness to always go above and beyond to reflect the love that Jesus walked in. We cannot thank you, or celebrate you, enough for everything you both do.

19.01.2022 H O M E L E S S N E S S . W E E K . 2 0 2 0 This week is Homelessness Week (#HW2020) in Australia. This year the theme is 'Everybody Needs a Home', and how much do we know that right now this phrase has never carried so much meaning. While the pandemic has hit everyone hard in different ways, it is worth recognising how extra challenging a simple order to 'Stay at Home' is for those who do not have one.... From working with some of our incredible clients that have faced the fear of homelessness, or lived through a period of experiencing it, we know just how important a 'home' is in providing a sense of safety at every level. Let us never turn a blind eye to this incredible hardship that some of our brothers and sisters are facing right now.

18.01.2022 H A V E . Y O U R . S A Y We want to hear from YOU! We would really love to hear what your experience with Temcare has been like, and whether you would recommend us as a service worth engaging with. Whether as a volunteer, supporter or client, we would love to hear what you have to say!... By scrolling down on our Facebook page, until you get to 'Recommendations and Reviews', you will be able to see the the question; 'Do you recommend Temcare?'. By clicking 'Yes', you will then have the opportunity to tell other Facebook viewers why you would recommend us. This is an awesome way to express the culture of Temcare through our online presence, not just in person :) Thanks heaps for supporting us in this way!

18.01.2022 P E R F E C T . I N . W E A K N E S S How cool is this verse! When we feel at our weakest, it is then that God gets to show His full expression of grace towards us and His power in our lives. Maybe feeling weak sometimes isn't so bad after all?

17.01.2022 V O L U N T E E R . O F . T H E . M O N T H Name: Brendan Alter Role: Mentor... Brendan has been volunteering with Temcare's Mates Program coming up to a year now. He is committed, reliable and honours his commitment to his young person. He takes his role seriously but he also has a great ability to relate and make someone feel comfortable. Plus, he has a great sense of humour and he loves God passionately. Hes recently been able to have conversations with his mentee about God and has been able to pray with him. Its been wonderful to watch this friendship blossom and for the trust that the young person is slowly starting to show. Its great to watch this young person see that there are good people in the world who have his back. And Brendan is someone who you would definitely want in your corner. We appreciate you Brendan and the calling you have on your life! God Bless you

16.01.2022 W O R L D . S U I C I D E . P R E V E N T I O N . D A Y Also, recognised as R U OK day in Australia. However, this day is not only about Australia, but rather the population of the world, and the need we have to talk about mental health.... The timing of this day, this year, could not be more relevant. Worldwide we are facing a mental health crisis, the extent of it is yet to be known. What we do know though is having that first conversation with someone you trust is key. It is easy to think you are alone or too much of a burden, but that is not the truth. Reach out to just one person and see what happens. The Temcare office line is always open, if you need a listening ear. You are loved.

16.01.2022 F U L L . G O S P E L . A S S E M B L Y We would really love to give a huge shout out to Full Gospel Assembly (FGA Melbourne) for their incredible generosity this year!! 60 beautiful packed hampers were put together by their church and donated to Temcare to distribute amongst our clients for Christmas. Packed with such deliciousness and sealed with such love!... We are so thankful for the ongoing partnership we have with FGA, and for the desire they have as a church to bless our clients in such a generous way! We are incredibly thankful.

16.01.2022 N A T I O N A L . V O L U T E E R . W E E K We love any excuse to celebrate our volunteers, but we think this is an especially good reason; it's National Volunteer week! What a joy it is to be able to work together with such an amazing group of volunteers who love big and give of their time so generously. You are an inspiration to us all, and our mentoring and respite program wouldn't exist without you!... We just wanted to send out a huge 'thank you' to you all, volunteers past and present, who have selflessly chosen to give up your time to contribute to the lives of the families involved with Temcare. How much do we know that having someone who chooses to spend one-on-one time with us, and invest in us, can have the biggest impact on our life! We know you don't do it for the recognition, but we still want to recognise you and the time, energy and love you have invested into these families, and the impact it's having. You are incredible! Thank you.

16.01.2022 1 0 , 0 0 0 . T H I N G S Even when circumstances get challenging, let us be people who live with an attitude of gratitude, so that we can become more attuned to the thousands of things God is constantly doing in our lives

14.01.2022 M E E T . N E V I L L E Role: Manager (is no one else concerned that this is the face of the guy in charge of Temcare...?) Nickname: Neville the devil... This week we found the time to catch up with Temcare's incredible manager, and lone male, Neville! Interviewer: Hey Nev! Thanks so much for taking some time and chatting with us today! Neville: No worries. I: Alright, let's start with that nickname! Surely you didn't do anything to deserve that nickname?! N: I certainly did not. I was a perfect angel. It has been an intolerable personal stain on my reputation since I was a poor innocent child. I: Haha I'm not sure how many of our followers will believe that.. So we might move right along then..! So when did you first hear about Temcare? And how long have you worked for Temcare? N: I first heard about Temcare in about 1982. And I commenced as the manager in May 2016, but I was previously a Board member in the 1980s and was involved in Temcares first 2 family camps at CYC. I: Woah you've been involved for a while then! That would explain why your baby picture is old-school black and white..! So, what's your favourite thing about working at Temcare then? N: Definitely being able to integrate my professional background as a social worker with my Christian faith. I: Yeah nice! And your favourite hobby? N: Reading Sherlock Holmes stories. I am also a Tolkien fan and enjoy bike riding and walking. Until I got too old, I loved playing competitive team sports such as Basketball and Volleyball; particularly the latter. I: A real variety then hey! What is your proudest accomplishment? N: If my wife is not reading this when I married her in 1981. If she is reading this the same. I: Haha good answer! I hope she is reading this. What makes you laugh the most? N: My own jokes. I: Hmm interesting.. What is the worst gift youve ever received? N: My mother-in-law gave me a shaving mirror for Christmas once. When informed that I had a beard, she responded by saying she had not noticed. I: Haha love that! What about if you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be? N: Hokkien noodles just so I could annoy my wife. I: You were doing so well!? How would your friends describe you? N: Handsome, intelligent and overwhelmingly humble oh, did you say my friends? I thought you meant my enemies. I: Haha very funny.. And I think I might already know the answer to this one, but I'll ask it anyway; which Temcare staff member is the funniest? N: None of the Temcare staff have any sense of humour. The proof is in the fact that they do not laugh at my jokes. I: Haha definitely saw that one coming! :P Thanks so much for your time Nev and for all that you do! N: Glad to be here. *If YOU have any questions you would like to ask Neville then comment them below and we'll get a reply :) Now's your chance!

14.01.2022 G O O D . N E W S . S T O R Y Thanks to your generosity over the last few months, we have been able to purchase and deliver over 120 fresh food hampers to families in need! One family in particular is very grateful for the blessing that these hampers have been for them. Because along with all the challenges that each of us are facing with COVID, the mother of this family is also fighting her third round of cancer. So to have food provided right to her doorstop, it has meant t...hat she hasn't had to risk going out into the community with a weakened immune system (from the chemotherapy treatment). And as a single mother with two kids, her options otherwise were fairly limited. "I cannot express how grateful I am to you. You are a life line for us." "For us these are indeed desperate times. So thoughtful, I cannot thank you enough."

13.01.2022 W H Y . W O U L D . I . F E A R ? During a year where it has been easier than ever to fear the future, we are so thankful to have a God who reminds us, that while many things are uncertain, His love and goodness are not!

12.01.2022 C H R I S T M A S . P A R T Y . C A N C E L L E D It is with great sadness that we announce that our annual Temcare Christmas party, for our beautiful clients and volunteers, is cancelled. Due to COVID gathering restrictions we are unable to meet in such a large group. We held off as long as possible, to see if gathering numbers would get where they need to be, but unfortunately we are not quite there.... As we've all learnt this year though, people are incredibly adaptable, so we will adapt! It won't look exactly the same, but through the incredible generosity of some of our partner churches, we will still be able to bless our clients during this festive season.

11.01.2022 W E . H A V E . M O V E D It has been a long time coming, but we are very excited to announce that we have moved office! We are incredibly thankful for a generous provision from the Christian Brethren Trust that has enabled us to move from the Blackburn office to a renovated facility in Ringwood North.... We are yet to be able to use the office in it's entirety, due to restrictions, but we are excited for the new chapter in Ringwood North! Our new office address is: 3 Tamar St, Ringwood North And our new postal address is: P.O. Box 2624, Ringwood North 3134 Photos to follow!

Whilst things have been tight financially for many people, we are astounded by the wider church community who have dug deep to help others in need. Just in the last couple of weeks, in response to a call for donations to fund these fresh food hampers for families in need, we've received an outstanding $6,055 in... donations. Such generosity! And to bless the mums on mothers day, each year, one of our amazing supporters donates these beautiful thoughtful gifts for our mums. How precious is that! So, we just wanted to say thank YOU! To all the people who donated $5, or $1000, we are incredibly thankful.

Thank you for your wisdom, And for your terrible dad jokes. Thank you for the silly rough and tumbles, And for your hugs. But most of all, thank you for showing me a tiny glimpse of how much our heavenly father loves us!

09.01.2022 ~Temcare Christmas Party~ What a wonderful time we had on Thursday night celebrating the birth of Jesus! The weather was beautiful, food delicious, and company wonderful! Thank you so much to everyone who made an effort to come along and celebrate with us :) We hope you all have a wonderful Christmas and we look forward to what God has in store for 2020!!

She is matched with a beautiful girl, now aged 15 years old. Joanne is incredibly kind, gentle and such a Godly woman. She is so committed to the best interests of her young person and really goes above and beyond. She is patient and encouraging, and is an absolute trooper. She just gets on with it ensuring she is representing Temcare and her role with integrity and grace. As you can tell, we think shes awesome! And that she absolutely deserves to be this month's Volunteer of the Month!

09.01.2022 ~Women of Hope Christmas Party~ What a joy it was to finish the year off with an amazing Asian feast cooked by the ladies from Full Gospel Assembly, an incredibly inspiring talk from Tabita, and some pampering time and gifts! What an honour it is to get to do life with these ladies :)

08.01.2022 G O O D . N E W S . S T O R Y Our new Youth Support Worker shares the following story about a 17 year she's been working with: ‘I first met T on a Prison Fellowship camp 5 years ago when she was 12 years old. ... We have irregularly kept in contact over the years, via message, and when she attended a Temcare Mates camp a couple of years ago. It’s just been incredible the way God has worked in building this relationship over the years when I had no idea that we would come back into contact again! Because of this existing relationship, it has been really easy to engage with T and work from a base of trust, since I become the youth support worker. And during this lockdown period, T has just gone from strength to strength! When I first started working with her, she was in an arrangement where she was sleeping on a mattress on the floor and didn’t have sheets, a doona or a bed frame. She hadn’t had any sort of education for two years and had a really low self- confidence. She would generally speak about her life pessimistically, as she expected things wouldn’t go well for her because they hadn’t in the past. Through working with her for the last three months, she now has a bed, bedding, is enrolled in and has started full-time TAFE, has a laptop to complete her work, and is now on Centrelink payments so she can save for her future. She is starting to thrive and believe that things will go well for her. The turnaround in her attitude of hope for the future is the most exciting part! And I so believe God is just going to keep growing her and revealing more of her identity to her!’

08.01.2022 M E E T . T H E . T E A M For those who are new to Temcare, and for those who have been following us for some time now, we thought it would be nice to properly introduce ourselves! So, over the next few weeks we are going to introduce to you some of the amazing people who make up our staff, board and volunteers! We can't wait!

07.01.2022 C L E A N I N G . D A Y Has anyone else found themselves finally tackling that jam-packed cupboard/room/garage/house which has been due a clean out for several years now!? Well for us, yesterday was the day! We sorted through years and YEARS of files, objects, and memories. And you know it's been a while since the last clean out, when you find files on clients born in the 1910s and a slide projector in the store room!... Now to settle a staff discussion.. = if you find cleaning and reorganising oddly satisfying = if someone couldn't pay you enough to clean out that cupboard!

She is encouraging and insightful but also understands and has such a heart for the young people she mentors. She sees their potential, even when they can’t. She is so loved and valued by all of us at Temcare, and the work she does is so valuable. Thank you Sasha for all you do with the Mates Program, when I think about you the verse Matthew 5:16. This verse sums Sasha up to a tee.

06.01.2022 C O V I D - 1 9 . U P D A T E Since the latest changes to restrictions were announced (on the 26th of September) we have discovered that, under strict guidelines, our Mentoring and Respite programs can resume!! This is incredibly exciting news for us, our volunteers, and our clients, because we believe in the power and positive influence of having compassionate, generous, faith-filled individuals and families in our community, caring for other individuals and families who ...need the extra support. We sent out an email to our current volunteers last week, with the Covid-19 requirements, and we are excited to hear that some of our mentors will be having contact with their mentees as soon as this weekend! We are so thankful for our amazing volunteers during this time, and their incredible patience.

04.01.2022 B A C K . T O . N O R M A L Do we really want to go back to 'normal'? I think it is a question worth thinking about. What does 'normal' mean for our society? And is it something we are proud of?... This article was written about the state of American's inequalities, but I believe many of these issues are relevant here in Australia too. It's worth a read. 'This pandemic did not create the inequities we are facing as a nation; instead, it has revealed the compounding crises that were already there.' 'The pandemic has created a frantic willingness to try solutions that advocates have been demanding for decades. Within weeks, we have seen the introduction of expanded sick leave, temporary moratoriums on evictions, and coverage of some health expenses related to Covid-19.' https://healthyplacesbydesign.org/why-we-dont-want-things-/

02.01.2022 M E E T . K L A U D I A Role: Respite Care Coordinator Nickname: Snail... We caught up with Klaudia last week to ask her a couple of questions, to get to know her a little better! For your enjoyment, here it is: Interviewer: Hey Klaudia! Thanks so much for taking the time to sit down with us and answer some questions. Klaudia: No worries! I: We'll start off with some easy ones. So, when did you first hear about Temcare and how long have you been working with Temcare now? Klaudia: Well I first heard about Temcare from my mums friend, and gosh I dunno, like 4 years. I: And whats your favourite thing about working at Temcare? K: It would definitely be meeting different people and hearing their stories. I: Absolutely. Who is your biggest hero? K: Corny but probably my mum. She has taught me that its not where youve come from that matters , its who you are. I: So true. What is your proudest accomplishment? K: My son, Angus, and my Social Work Degree. I: And what makes you laugh the most? K: When people make fun of themselves and are not embarrassed to be weird and silly. Basically my Husband; the biggest weirdo Ive ever known, so I had to marry him I: Haha that's awesome! And now the question on everyone's minds; how did you get the nickname 'snail'!? K: Haha well my mum use to call me a snail when I was little because I was always 10 steps behind the family. I: There you go! Tricky question right here; what song would you sing at a karaoke night? K: Oh thats easy! Diana Ross- I will Survive I: Correct answer! And now obviously the most important question; which Temcare staff member has the best jokes? K: Well Neville would like to think it's him with all those dad jokes that he puts out, but I think I laugh the most with Naomi. I: Thanks so much for your time Klaudia, and your honest answers! And thanks for all you do in your role; supporting families and volunteers alike. You're such an asset to our team. K: No worries! *If YOU have any questions you would like to ask Klaudia then comment them below and we will get her to reply :)
