23.01.2022 DON'T FORGET!! Our CT scanner produces very LOW DOSE scans. They are extremely useful for diagnosing various types of pathologies/illnesses that ultrasound and x-ray may not show. On average a brain scan is less than half the background radiation people receive every year. Our radiation doses lie well below the national guidelines and we are happy to say that all our staff place the utmost importance on radiation safety.

20.01.2022 UPDATE ON COVID-19 RESPONSE Temora Diagnostic Imaging has recently implemented many measures to assist with slowing down the spread of the Coronavirus. We understand that many people feel this might be unnecessary. Please understand all measures being put in place have been done so after all information from the World Health Organisation and The Department of Health has been carefully considered.... Regarding measures to be implemented, our diligent staff are doing as they are instructed by senior management and are continuing to present to work to assist our patients. At this time we would request the following of our patients: 1. Please do not attend your appointment if you are exhibiting any respiratory symptoms such as fever, sore throat, cough or shortness of breath. 2. Please, where possible, attend your appointment by yourself. We are attempting to reduce the number of people through the doors. 3. Please fill out the questionnaire at the front of the building before entering (as in the picture). 4. Please attempt to stand back from the counter upon presentation. 5. If you have any respiratory symptoms and need to book an appointment, please call us to discuss on 02 5908 1355. Please do not come to the practice to book your appointment if you have respiratory symptoms. Fax or email is the preferred method for sending us your referral.
