23.01.2022 Since we just had the local Show Day holiday, we will be OPEN for our regular classes on Melbourne Cup Day: 10:30 am and 6:15 pm Mat Pilates this Tuesday.

22.01.2022 Start the new school term in the best way. New Tuesday 6:15 pm Mat Pilates class beginning next week (8th October). Suitable for beginners. BYO mat or borrow one of ours. $15 for 1 hour class, no need to book. We also offer private sessions. Recovering from an injury? Private sessions in Remedial Pilates may be what you need. 19.01.2022 We've found a new studio site in Numurkah. Renovations are in progress. We hope to start classes in a couple of weeks.

18.01.2022 In line with the new lockdown rules, no classes or private sessions until further notice. Stay safe people.

18.01.2022 Now that we're up and running, we're looking at upgrading the class timetable. Are there days/times that would suit more people? Perhaps something for after the school dropoff? Please feel free to make suggestions.

14.01.2022 WE'RE BACK! Well, almost. We're re-opening this Thursday for classes, and from now for private sessions (by appointment). In line with spacing requirements, no more than 8 people per class. Please bring your own mat if you can. No specialist classes at this time, but all classes are suitable for beginners or pre-natal, and post-natal once you have medical clearance. Remember: if you are unwell, don't come. R

11.01.2022 Following the latest Victorian Government recommendations, we are staying with a maximum 6 people per class, but masks are no longer required. And we accept cash or card payments. So why not do something nice for your body, and join us for a class?

09.01.2022 Happy New Year. The excuses of Christmas-time are over. Our classes have begun for 2020: Tuesday 10:30 am and 6:15 pm, Wednesday 6:30 pm, and Thursday 6:00 pm. $15 for 1 hour class. Private sessions by appointment.

07.01.2022 Renovations complete, equipment installed, just the last bit of tidying up and we're good to go. Temple Pilates opens this Wednesday at 25 Quinn St, Numurkah.

07.01.2022 Pre-natal Pilates class tonight 6:00. You don't have to be pregnant, or even female, to benefit from the exercises.

07.01.2022 Thank-you to those who pointed out that Google Maps is pointing to the wrong address. We are still at 25 Quinn St Numurkah, just near the Red Cross Op Shop. Classes are back from 6:00 pm tonight.

07.01.2022 We finally get to re-open. Our first class back will be NEXT Wednesday 4th November at 6:30 pm (not tonight - after Cup Day Tuesday). We will then resume our regular timetable. Private sessions are available by appointment. Any questions, contact 0418 103 549.
