04.01.2022 I’ve been that bloke, the one on the floor in a mess. I’ve been that bloke who lost a mate to suicide and wondered what if? I’ve been that bloke who has lost a family member to suicide. I’ve been at the bottom, I’ve seen others down there, but this, this simple piece of equipment, a shirt, is the most basic tool I have ever seen to start that conversation. This is more than are you ok, this is a conversation starter, and who knows where that conversation will go. Be bold. Find out. Stay safe.
