25.01.2022 Great class tonight, we went over side control and basic concepts with controlling the position. Also went through the opposite in escaping the position. Everyone worked hard tonight with the heat too!

22.01.2022 Training tonight 6:30pm. At this stage only the currently enrolled students will be training. Im having to run the club from my address. Once an appropriate location has been sorted I will update the page. Also I have to keep within the covid19 restrictions with allowed numbers and class sizes will be smaller than normal.... Temps checks before entry will be done. Hand sanitizer will be provided. Name and contact details will have to be provided before training commences to log particpants on the night. Once things are running smoothly and more restrictions are lifted we will progress the club more eg. More classes, Mauy Thai classes for those who cross train, MMA training and weekend sessions. One on one bjj sessions available upon request. Pm the page or myself for further enquiries. Remember we are all in this together, abide by the covid19 restrictions, stay safe and we will be back to normal in no time! - Dean.

22.01.2022 Good night of training tonight. Coach Dean taught a Cross Lapel Choke from mount, which was then followed up with 5 minute rounds of free rolling. Tenacity Jiu Jitsu has all of your grappling needs covered. Combine that with Barbarian Mauy Thai and you have everything you need. Contact the page for a free trial to come and try. 18.01.2022 **CLASSES CANCELLED** As everyone knows there is the virus going around worldwide. Ive been advised to close the gym for the week and assess at the end of this week. For those who are currently training you know our situation with both the mt and bjj and our current location. Im working on a solution for this and will update when i have something.... 16.01.2022 Big news guys!! We have a new location for our training. Moving in with Ballarats Barbarians Muay Thai. Over the many years they have proven with their fighting results they are one of the best in the business!... Class times for BJJ will be after the adults Muay Thai classes on a Monday and Wedsnesday starting at 7:30pm. This gives more opportunities for people training to have a go at both martial arts. 13.01.2022 Hey guys, Hopefully soon enough things will be back to normal and we can resume full contact training. Tuesday and Thursday nights for adults 6pm to 7:30pm.... Kids classes Thursday 4:30pm to 5:15pm. Currently doing only casual classes, adults $15 & Kids $10. Bookings essential and payment of class to be made when booking. Once we are back into the swing of things, we will be offering direct debit plans with NO LOCK IN CONTRACTS! You pay to train, nothing else. Covid-19 safety measures will still be in place to protect our students and familys. All instructors have certificates to train with covid safety measures. Barbarian Muay Thai have been great to allow us to train with in their facility again. We cannot wait to produce some of Ballarats most Tenacious Barbarians out there and look forward to some good competitions in 2021!! 07.01.2022 Well what a great month it has been back on the mats training again. We have seen a lot of new faces that are keen to train come in and try our classes, welcome to all the new students! Also some older faces have returned to training which is even better. Its great to see old friends of our club return and start training again.
