13.01.2022 Reflections from today. Got to see and chat with the Chief and some awesome people in BJMA. Sat in on a zoom training session for a bit. Then Kata with a couple of Tenacity Black Belts in a local park.

06.01.2022 Last night of training for a roller coaster 2020. A small in class grading, congratulations Nic and Audrey, fantastic effort. You both went above and beyond.

05.01.2022 It’s called Boxing Day, right. Who else trained this morning? Basic footwork, use of hip, punching, elbows, knees and kicks. Checking on my technique, getting read for 2021.

04.01.2022 Great day yesterday, trained forms with my daughter Jemma (punch, kick and combination routines, looking at techniques inside techniques). Today another awesome day. Walk around the lake with Jac and the dogs (mind). Spoke with the Chief, Bob Jones, about circles, angles and bulls (spirit). Then a session with Jemma, working on 3 step, circles and angles. Then 600 punches to finish up (body). ... Playing George Thorogood and finishing with Bob Marley while we stretched. Life’s good. See more
