22.01.2022 5 years ago today I made a decision for a new chapter and journey in life. One that I really didn’t know what would bring, but I knew that it sparked something inside me, and felt good..... Something that aligned with my values with health, wellness and a path that I knew would push me out of my comfort zone. Along this journey, I’ve made the best friendships, shown my daughter to just go for it and push through your fears and insecurities, I’ve had the most fun, travel...led, grown as a person, have grown a beautiful team, and done things that only I could do with the support of amazing people behind me. Who would have known that in that moment sitting at a dining table 5 years ago with amazing strangers who are now friends, that life could change so much for the better, and one that I’m so grateful for A beautiful woman said to me that night ‘let your child be your reason, not your excuse’ and boom... it hit me! From that moment, I wanted to be the example for Charlotte to go for your dreams, just do it, even if you trip up along the way... get back up and try again.... and have fun .... you have to have fun!!! Thank you so much for those amazing souls on this journey with me, who have been on this journey with me, those who support me, and those people who are just watching me. (Pumpkin, potato, beetroot, Brussel sprouts.... whatever you have!) The dressing with this was coconut aminos, maple syrup, lemon juice, garlic and salt ... 10.01.2022 I love this! I also know that I didn't always believe in myself. Sometimes I still have those facedown moments but they are far and few between, and I have the tools now to snap out of it. What I do know on my journey is that you just have to take one step at a time and just keep moving forward Just one day at a time, one lesson at time. If you want to do something new, pursue your passion or find your passion, and don't believe in yourself, go find someone that has y...our back and believes in YOU! Trust that and draw on their energy until you believe it! As you take step by step, your confidence grows, your success grows, and there's a light shining bright in your soul. You can then look back at the girl that didn't believe in herself and see what you've actually accomplished. So the moral of my share is, just take one step at a time and find someone that believes in you if you don't believe in yourself. Just see what you can truely become or accomplish Your tribe is so important and I'm so grateful that people believed in me before I did myself! If you don't have anyone, then reach out! I'd love to hear your goals, passions, what lights you up in life and help you put a plan together to make it a reality! It's now about giving back See more

06.01.2022 I remember the day I found out I was was going to be a mum! There was so many emotions but I was so excited to welcome a baby into the world.... and that’s where the work really began! My heart started to live outside my body! I remember asking so many times ‘am I doing this right’ ‘where’s the manual???’ ... (You should have seen the look on my face when I found out there was none! ) Step by step, challenges, wins, sleepless nights, unlimited love, I got to figure it out with love and support ..... and learnt to trust my intuition I soon discovered that ‘monkey see monkey do’ and parenting is about showing your kids how to just go for your goals and dreams, and is more powerful than just talking about it or putting it off till their older It’s about learning together Our holistic health program has had such a huge impact on our health and a place where I could stretch and learn more.... and in turn, Charlotte has then learnt too Its about raising a healthy family It’s my passion to share this with as many families as I can to help support other parents on their own journeys too. Bunch mint Bunch coriander 2 tomatoes 1 red onion 3/4 cup Brazil nuts 2 tsp cumin 2 tsp ACV 2 cloves garlic 1 cucumber Pinch salt Juice of 1 lemon Add chilli if you like spicy Chop it all up, and mix together Enjoy!
01.01.2022 Such a fabulous day learning alongside amazing health professionals One of my values alongside family, health, and travel is education and I love being the student and learning more. Today was learning more about the lymphatic system and it really should be on a higher level priority to care for It’s great to understand your body more so you can feel empowered to make decisions on how to care for yourself The ‘fun’ part was practising on each other too ...
