07.01.2022 That self love commitment Since finding my more spiritual side I no longer feel guilty for spending some time on myself! It's helped me to be happier, grateful for the amazing people and things I have in my life and mentally clear from that horrible cloud of doubt and worry we all get. I often get asked what I do to help anxiety and here are my simple tips... Meditation is my biggest one ( I do a half hour one at night and a 10 minute morning one to start my day). I light a... candle when doing this also and hold a crystal you are drawn too! I personally love Smoky Quartz as it's a great grounding stone. I use a diffuser using citrus (uplifting) oils and have a journal I write in each night where I brain dump any worries or simply things I'm thinking about before bed. This works a treat !! I also say out loud 3 things I'm grateful for every morning. Starting the day with a positive mindset is such a great thing!!
