Our holiday closing times will be as follows: Closed from Monday 23 December, re-opening Monday 6 January.... 14.01.2022 The uncertainty and unrest around COVID-19 (Coronavirus) continues to grow, we have taken a few precautionary measures to ensure all staff and customers are as safe as possible, as it is important that our health and safety come first. In light of the Prime Ministers & State Governments latest announcements, we confirm that Ten Mile Engineering is open, this will be monitored and updated as necessary. Please remember that this is a fluid situation and we will need to adapt t...o the ever-changing conditions. To allow us to continue operations we are adhering to the recommendations that have been introduced by the Federal Government and include: *Real time monitoring of advice from the Federal Government and relevant health authorities. *The implementation of social distancing and minimising any physical contact in any way and the use of provided sanitising facilities upon entry. *Replacing as many face-to-face meetings as possible with other digital modes of communication (e.g. video or phone calls) to reduce any possible transmissions. *Deferring non-essential visitors and contractors from our sites. In addition to these measures, Ten Mile Engineering has been proactively communicating daily good hygiene practices, use of PPE and sanitising equipment and physical separation requirements to all personnel. 13.01.2022 CHANGES AT TEN MILE ENGINEERING - As of today (14 April 2020) Ten Mile Engineering will be operating out of our NEW office space next to the workshop in the big green shed at 21 Bond St, Holbrook. We couldn't be happier with a fab new, spacious office and showroom. Yvie is front and centre ready to look after all your queries and payments, and Gary has a huge space to display all of those important items you are looking for. We will NO LONGER be operating from the site office... next to the weighbridge. All of our contact details will be the same. The office phone number remains 02 60 363 688. During this COVID-19 crisis, Telstra has cut staffing way back both in Australia and overseas, and although everything is scheduled to go ahead today, there may be some delays. 12.01.2022 Happy New Year everyone! Just a note to say Ten Mile Engineering will be back and open on Monday but because of the fire situation workshop services will be limited during the week. Murray, Pughy and Harbo have been and will continue to be on and off fire trucks until the Green Valley fire is sorted out. Yvie and Gaz will be available in the office for accounts and sales.
