04.01.2022 It is with great regret and probably the hardest thing that Katerina and Myself have to do and make the following announcement..The time has come for me and my family to move on and leave Tennant Creek and after alot of talk and tears we came to a decision beyond our control that Katerinas Cafe will CLOSE PERMANENT;Y..... Our last trading day will be Saturday 17th December and on Sunday 18th December we will be having a final goodbye for the whole town to come down. We will h...ave food drinks and music from 9am till 2pm it will be one last GREEK celebration to remember us so make a day of it do please come down it will mean the world to Katerina and myself. Well what can i say about Tennant Creek and what it means to us. Over the past 3 years we have made alot of close friends and also people we would like to call FAMILY... It was the best move we had done EVER by coming here and have not once regretted it, the people the community just all opened their arms and welcomed us and made us part of it..There are just to many things to write and i could be here all night. Katerina and Myself would like to thank EVERYBODY in Tennant Creek for their love and support that you have all showed us.... We would also like to announce that we will be moving to Alice Springs and that we tendered for the CDU Campus Cafeteria and WON it so we will be there next year so if your in Alice please do pop in and say hello...
