23.01.2022 Thanks for having us North Cott Primary. Tennis Approach just finished a 4-week block of Tennis Coaching at North Cottesloe Primary this week. The kids spent a good amount of time learning the Forehand, Backhand and Serve. Followed by a lesson on learning the rules of the games, how to score and sportsmanship. 16.01.2022 Our Talent Development Squad kids were lucky enough to have a surprise visit by Fed Cup Captain and former top ten player Alicia Molik. The focus for the session was understanding the different tactical intentions when hitting the ball and improving our ability to change our tactical decisions based on the type of ball we are receiving. A big thank you to Alicia for making the time to share her valuable knowledge with the kids. They enjoyed themselves on court but also enjoyed asking questions about playing at the highest level and the sacrifices made to achieve success.

09.01.2022 Great effort from all of our juniors this Winter season. You all played with determination and represented the club well. Special shout out to our 14/u boys Div 3 team (Oliver Burke, Christiaan Wood, Eli Garman, Flynn Kapler) who played their final this morning against Rockingham. Unfortunately the boys lost on a count back on games after drawing on matches and sets. It couldnt have been a more evenly contested final.

08.01.2022 It is with great sadness we inform everyone that all tennis coaching services at Cottesloe Tennis Club and all around the state have temporarily ceased. New government restrictions mean we can no longer continue any form of coaching at the tennis club. In addition, public court hire bookings will cease and the tennis club will be closed until further notice. Please see important update from Tennis West below. We know many of you rely on tennis to maintain physical and mental ...health which can make this uncertain period very difficult for some. We encourage everyone to try find exercise in other forms to maintain your health and keep active. For anyone in isolation that finds themselves needing someone to talk to, please give us a call. Well happily talk tennis with you for hours if you need a tennis fix. Stay safe everyone and we hope to be back out on the court soon.
