24.01.2022 Hope everyone is safe and doing well! Yes the state government announced that tennis courts will be re opened!!!yay! But...we will need to wait till Wyndham council also gives us permission to re open the courts for use. ... This may take some extra time as Covid safe plans will need to be in place. What those look like we are not sure yet. How long it takes we also don't know. Please be patient, we will update everyone as soon as we are able too. Keep an eye out on our page for further updates! Thanks, Tennis Dynamics team.

17.01.2022 Tennis as seen by a parent who understood... A friend asked me, "Why do you keep paying for Tennis for your children?" Well, I must confess that I do not pay to... make my children play Tennis; Personally, I couldn’t care less about Tennis and the results. So if I'm not paying for Tennis, what am I paying for? - I pay for those moments when my children are so tired that they would like to quit but they don’t - I pay for those days when my kids come home from school too tired to go to Tennis but they still go - I pay because I want my children to learn the discipline - I pay so my children will learn to care for their own body - I pay for my children to learn to work with others and to be good teammates - I pay because I want my kids to learn to handle the disappointment when they do not get the victory they hoped to have, but they still have to work hard - I pay for my children to learn to create goals and to achieve them - I pay so my kids will learn that it takes hours and hours and hours of hard work and training to create a good tennis player, and that success does not come from day to day. - I pay for the opportunity my children have and will have, to make friends that will last for a lifetime - I pay for my children to be at a tennis club, on a tennis court, rather than in front of a screen. I could go on yet but, to make it short, I do not pay for Tennis; I pay for the opportunities that Tennis gives to my children to develop qualities that will serve them throughout their lives and to give them the opportunity to do good to others' lives. And from what I've seen so far, I think it's a good investment. How many parents think this way?

14.01.2022 Unfortunately this is a similar post we are seeing on Facebook across our community. But a necessary one. Due to the Covid-19 Virus, we are cutting Term 1 2020 short. Final day of Term 1 2020 is Thursday March 19.... Advice changes quickly and we feel to protect our students and coaches it is a wise move to be proactive and end this term early. We will be taking a 4-week break at this stage. We will monitor and assess whether this break needs to be longer with advice from the health authorities. The final lesson week missed will be credited to the next term. If any student in the last few week has had a positive test result for Covid-19 virus please let us know. Please check up on our website for updates and more information to the start of term 2. We hope to be back April 20. Please stay safe and enjoy the break. We look forward to seeing everyone back after the break.
