13.01.2022 Are you self-isolating but need some fitness? Are your children learning from home and need to expel some energy? Who? Im Stephanie Davies, from the UK, now living in South Brisbane. Ive been a full-time tennis coach since 2010 in numerous countries including UK, Spain, Portugal, USA, Singapore before settling in Australia! ... What? One-to-one 1hr private tennis lesson catered to your needs. Where? At Milton, Springfield, Bracken Ridge, at your private tennis court or a court near you that allows external coaches. When? At a mutually convenient time for both coach and player. Please enquire with your availability. How? I have all the equipment required, just wear your trainers! I will provide the different sized tennis balls and rackets for all age groups (4yrs-adult). How much? $50 per hour AFTER your first FREE hour long session :) As a tennis coach, I am keeping up to date with Tennis Australias guidelines during this global pandemic. Tennis Australia states: We all know tennis is a unique sport with many benefits the main one being health and wellbeing. The very nature of our game ensures there is a vital role our sport can continue to play for the benefit of the community as we endure the COVID-19 pandemic. The COVID-19 Community Tennis Guidelines for Continued Play is an attempt to provide advice for all involved at the community level on the safest way to continue playing. As long as we all abide by strict health and hygiene guidelines coaches, volunteers, administrators, associations and tennis centres can continue to provide an outlet for physical and mental health through the sport of tennis. Additional measures will be required but there is still plenty of opportunity for tennis to be played as long as hygiene guidelines are followed to help support the communitys ability to stem the spread of COVID-19, whilst helping the health and wellbeing of many of us.
