03.06.2022 Wednesday 17/7 all 15 columns, curved Powder Room wall, lower section of front feature curved wall and Dincel walls are poured! Have a look at the Filleted column (2000x500). It will span 6.8m in height Now that’s a Column! Next stage is the preparation for 1st floor slab including the Architectural Concrete Privacy Fins.... Now this is going to be a challenge

23.05.2022 This next stage working off the Ground floor slab involves the continuation of 8 columns on the southern side, 7 new columns on the northern side, a feature curved powder room wall that’s 150mm thick, the continuation of the lift shaft as well as 2 structural Dincel walls!!! Plus a the main external feature curved wall that will eventually span to over 5m in height Have a look

17.05.2022 The Architect responsible for this Grand design as well as Stage 2, being the proposed Ads & Alts to the existing dwelling is Chris Tsioulos of CMT Architects Australia. Take a bow Chris for this unique and spectacular design is a 1st of it’s kind and the Architectural dialogue between the 2 dwellings once both stages are completed will be an absolute Masterpiece! Pressure is now on to make this creation a reality.

12.05.2022 MBC Formwork what a team! In 6 weeks, Basement floor prepped & poured. Dincel walls installed & poured. Ground floor deck prepped with 8 columns on the southern curved side. Ground floor over a split level and not to forget the lift shaft! Thanks Mo and team. Now that I’ve given MBC a plug.... lets get the next level ready

15.01.2022 Ground floor Steel top & bottom laid, inspected and all ready for concrete pour. Slab and stairs prepped by MBC Formwork and all Electrical & Plumbing rough ins are in place. Ground floor slab poured 25/5!
