14.01.2022 To our valued Members & Guests, As a result of the COVID-19 restrictions being eased slightly, we are happy to announce that the Fairways Restaurant will re-open for dinner on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights from 6pm to 8pm commencing on Thursday, 21st May. In accordance with the current guidelines, a maximum of 10 patrons is permitted to dine at any one time so bookings are essential. We will have two sittings being 6.00pm or 7.00pm.... Take-away meals and liquor will also be available. Please note that our bar and gaming facilities remain closed at this stage. Full table service will be provided in the restaurant. Limited menu available until restrictions allow increased number of patrons. Restrictions have slightly eased on the course also and groups of four are now permitted to play while other social distancing measures remain in place. We look forward to seeing you all at the Club in the near future.

11.01.2022 Just a reminder that the Fairways Restaurant has re-opened for dinner on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights from 6pm to 8pm. Bookings are essential due to the current restrictions being a maximum of 10 patrons dining at any one time, however, takeaway are also available. Please phone the club on 6736 1480. 10.01.2022 In accordance with Government directions, this Club will cease trading at 12 noon today, Monday, 23rd March until further notice. All Golf competitions scheduled for Tuesday, 24th March, Wednesday, 25th March and Thursday, 26th March are CANCELLED. Scheduled golf competitions will recommence on Saturday, 28th March.... Our Bistro will be open for takeaway meals on Friday & Saturday nights, commencing 27th March from 6.00pm until 8.00pm. Thanks for your support in these unprecedented times.

10.01.2022 To our valued Members & Guests, Golf NSW has confirmed that competition golf is permitted as well as social golf. Competition golf will recommence at our club from Saturday, 4 April 2020.... We must comply with the current Public Health Order in place, so the following restrictions and rules will apply on competition days: - Play will be in groups of two only, with one person per buggy and one bag only on the back of the buggy - Organise your own group of two prior to arriving at the club - Utilise the time sheet available by notifying the club of your preferred tee time - Arrive no earlier than 10 minutes prior to your tee time and leave immediately after your game - Persons not to congregate in the club car park in any more than groups of two, prior to your game or after your game - Social distancing principles (1.5m) must be maintained at all times - Flagsticks are not to be touched. Modifications have been made to allow you to retrieve your ball without touching the hole or flag - Read the temporary Local Rules prior to tee off - Club opening hours are 9am 5pm. You can play earlier than 9am, but please inform the club the day before the comp. This will allow for your competition card to be printed and left outside the starters box for collection. Thank you in advance for your cooperation and support during this time.

09.01.2022 To Our Valued Members and Guests As most of you would be aware, due to Corona Virus (COVID19), the Government has imposed a ban on all indoor, non-essential gatherings of more than 100 persons. This also includes a ban on non-essential outdoor gatherings of more than 500 persons. We will monitor attendances around this limit and make alternate arrangements as required. There will be limitations on Restaurant and Function Bookings, so please ensure you contact the Club for any... bookings. In the meantime, a decision has been made to cancel our Friday night raffles and membership draw effective immediately until further notice. The courtesy bus will also not be available. We ask all Members and Guests to maintain best hygiene practices, by washing their hands and distancing themselves from other guests. We thank you for your support in these trying times. 07.01.2022 To Our Valued Members and Guests, As from Monday, 13th July we wish to advise our trading hours will be as follows: MONDAY: 8am 10pm... TUESDAY: 8am 10pm WEDNESDAY: 8am 10pm THURSDAY: 8am 10pm FRIDAY: 8am Midnight SATURDAY: 7am 10pm SUNDAY: 7am 8pm We also wish to extend a warm welcome to Amanda Blair and her team in the Fairways Restaurant. The restaurant will be open for lunch from Tuesday to Sunday and dinner from Monday to Saturday. Bookings would be appreciated. Friday night meat raffles and membership draw will resume on Friday, 17th July. Social distancing measures remain in place, both in the Clubhouse and on the golf course. We look forward to seeing you all at the Club in the near future.

07.01.2022 To our valued Members and Guests, The Office of Sport - NSW Government have reconsidered the restrictions recently announced regarding the closure of all Golf Clubs. The Tenterfield Golf Club has been advised from Golf NSW, that in line with the NSW Government’s Public Health Orders relating to public gathering limits and social distancing, that Golf is considered an activity that can continue to be played. ... Accordingly, Management will be re-opening the clubhouse commencing, Thursday 2nd April from 9am-5pm seven (7) days per week. Takeaway alcohol will be available for purchase and of course social golf is permitted. Our temporary COVID-19 Local Rules still apply being one person per buggy and no more than two players per group together with social distancing of 1.5m to be maintained at all times. At this point, the squash courts will remain closed. We trust individuals to follow all guidelines, both of the Tenterfield Golf Club and NSW Government to ensure a safe and healthy environment during this COVID-19 situation.

05.01.2022 GOLF COURSE CLOSED FOR PLAY UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE Due to the Public Health Order in place, the Tenterfield Golf course will be closed to any form of play, effective immediately and until further notice. A review of the course closure decision will be conducted on a regular basis and based on information provided by Golf NSW.... Our course will still be maintained during the closure period, and security will be maintained by club Management. The health and wellbeing of our members, guests, visitors and our community is our priority during this period of uncertainty. Thank you for your cooperation during these challenging times.

05.01.2022 CLUB CLOSURE UPDATE To our Valued Members and Guests, The Board and Management wish to advise that until further notice, the clubhouse and all associated facilities including the motel units will remain closed. There will be no takeaway meals available and all golf competitions are suspended. ... Our golf course will be maintained to a respectable standard albeit with reduced resources and will remain open for social play with COVID-19 appropriate restrictions and changes in place. Golf course COVID-19 restrictions and changes will be available for viewing on the starters box window. A review of the above advice will be conducted on a monthly basis or sooner if a Government directive determines a review is required. Our decisions are based on Government directives, Work Health and Safety Legislation and social responsibility with our priority being the prevention of the transmission of COVID-19 within our community in these extraordinary times. TUESDAY: 9am 7pm WEDNESDAY: 9am 7pm THURSDAY: 9am 9pm FRIDAY: 9am 9pm SATURDAY: 9am 9pm SUNDAY: 9am 7pm Under the new arrangements, 50 patrons are permitted in the Club at any one time across the bar, gaming room and restaurant. Patrons must remain seated and not stand and mingle as social distancing measures remain in place. Bookings are essential for those wishing to dine-in at the Fairways Restaurant which is open Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights from 6pm to 8pm. Take-away meals will still be available. At this stage, our courtesy bus is not in use. We look forward to welcoming you back to the Club and we thank you for your support during these challenging times.
