25.01.2022 Tenterfield Community College has continued to deliver essential training and education, by strictly following social distancing measures as well as cleaning and sanitizing practices. This week we have delivered a Traffic Control course and today we have a Whitecard course under way.

25.01.2022 This week we had a group of ladies busily making beaded bracelets. The ladies had a "great day out" and all took home their own gorgeous bracelet. We look forward to seeing you all at upcoming courses!

The Tenterfield Community College Inc. has been asked to find people in Tenterfield who would be willing to make scrub tops and masks out of bright print materials. These ladies are willing to pay for scrubs & believe it will brighten up their place of work. THIS IS AN URGENT AND LEGITIMATE REQUEST! 10.01.2022 Tenterfield Community College Inc. is excited to announce that Sewing and Soft Furnishing classes with Fran Bulmer are returning as of Monday 3rd August 2020. There will be COVID 19 hygiene and distancing practices to be met, however we are very happy to see you all return. Please contact Fran to let her know if you are returning to class.

09.01.2022 Yesterday Tenterfield Community College held an eco printing workshop facilitated by Kay Gray. 10 women attended, 4 of those from Emmaville. The ladies enjoyed designing cards and silk scarves using an array of botanicals and natural products to dye different decorative patterns.

Tenterfield Community College would like to apologise for time taken, but all scrubs patterns had sold out and we needed to wait for Simplicity to get more in. 05.01.2022 Last week the Tenterfield Community College placed an order for a scrubs pattern with Kay from Country Curtains. We had hoped that it would arrive by today but unfortunately it hasn’t. As soon as the patterns arrives, we will get them out to our sewers and we will pass on sewers contact details to those that have expressed interest in buying only, so you can organise a sewer to make your scrubs. In the mean time please ensure you have picked a suitable material or have suitab...le materials. Kay will allow only 1 person in the shop at a time and you need to ring her to make an appointment. Kay has also said she will take payments over the phone. Thank you for your patience.

02.01.2022 Our Fresh Pasta, Sauce and Pull Aparts workshop with Josh Telford was a hit! There was kneading, chopping, stirring, laughter and plenty of chatter, all finished off with a hearty lunch and still plenty to take home!

02.01.2022 Today's participants felted up enough elves to help Santa finish his Christmas orders early! These little guys are a work of patience and determination. Some participants finished two elves while others chose to make a Christmas tree. Thank you to Mary-Ann of Knit,knot,weave&felt for showing us how these come to life.
