So what is LES MILLS Virtual? Group Fitness workouts with the instructor up close and personal on the big screen. This past week, we have been showing sneak peeks of classes that will be on offer via all our SM So how will it work? Our timetable will show both the virtual classes and our current live classes, as well as ON-DEMAND time slots ON-DEMAND means that members can access the room in low peak times and choose any of the classes on offer from the Les Mills Virtual Kiosk. 09.01.2022 Victoria’s blood stocks are running low. Thousands of Australians need a blood transfusion every single day. That's people who have been in accidents. People who are sick. People who have just given birth or undergone major surgery.... All of them can be helped by someone else taking an hour out of their day to give blood. So please if you can, book in at your nearest blood donation clinic and share a pint of the red stuff. You'll never know whose life you're saving.
08.01.2022 Our administration office will be closed from Thursday 24th December till Monday 4th January 2021. Swipe card access remains unchanged and members can still access the GYM all 7 days from 5am-10pm including all public holidays. Our trainers will be taking some time off over the holiday period, but we will endeavour to keep you updated each week as to what classes will be available. Mel’s strength express will run over the next week including CHRISTMAS EVE at 6am, BOXING DAY ...class at 7am (instead of 6.15am), 29th at 6am, New Years EVE at 6am and Saturday 2nd JAN (MEL will be away from 4th-10th January) All other live classes will not be running from Thursday 24th DECEMBER Monday 4th JANUARY, some will resume from Monday 4th January. Our VIRTUAL studio remains unchanged, so still plenty of class options to keep you motivated over the holiday period, members using the virtual studio, should any windows be opened during your session please remember to close once you have finished with the room. A special thank-you to all our members for supporting us through a challenging year, we are so proud of the way everyone adapted to the ever changing restrictions and conditions we were required to adhere to.
