In Art we learned about Frida Kahlo and Diego Rivera two important Mexican artists while in Spanish learned about Mexico. The students have created some colourful and playful art pieces. Well done! The Traineeship is for a Certifica...te III in Childrens Services. The employment will conclude when the on and off the job requirements are complete. (Usually taking between 1-2yrs to complete). However, depending on staff structure at the completion of the Traineeship, there may be the opportunity for ongoing work. There is also a 3-month probationary period. This is a fulltime position and the successful applicant is entitled to study time each week to complete the off the job components together with full support from a fully qualified and experienced team as well as the Registered Training Organisation. 10.01.2022 Spoonville comes to Terang. On Monday the students studying remotely at school took some time to create a Spoonville for the Terang Community. The students each decorated a wooden spoon and once they were completed they created a display in the Avenue in High Street near the Presbyterian Church. Spoonville is an isolation project that is springing up across Victoria to add some colour and interest to peoples daily exercise activities. 03.01.2022 WHERES WALLY WALK Terang College students have constructed a Wheres Wally Walk around the Lions Walking Track this afternoon, for the entire community to enjoy. We were inspired by the same project that has been created on the Warrnambool Foreshore Boardwalk. Spread around the track are 40 Wallies, as well as 1 Wenda, Odlaw, Wizard Whitebeard and Woof.
