24.01.2022 This month's Sunshine Coast workshop is now fully booked, but if you missed out please let me know... I'll put you on the waiting list and will call if I get a cancellation! Please email your waitlist request to [email protected].

23.01.2022 SUNSHINE COAST WORKSHOP! I'm a bit late getting these up (and clearly I'm no photographer) but here's what we got up to last weekend. A small (COVID-friendly!) little group of us spent the weekend in Mudjimba, paints and ideas flying, and generally having a good time! Unfortunately this was my last face-to-face workshop for 2020, but I won't be idle for the last part of this year... I'm working on converting my 2-day workshops into a digital format for more people to enjoy without having to leave home. It's a big project though. Bear with me!

22.01.2022 Home again after a great weekend workshop in Toowoomba! Here is a small sample of some of the many student works in progress that were created over the course of the weekend. Most of these are only partly completed, but so much personality in all these works, and such a vast array of different styles from everyone who came along (including many beginner artists)! With COVID in full swing across the globe, workshops have been a rare event this year so it was great to get back into it again. Just one workshop left for 2020, here on the Sunshine Coast next month. If you'd like to join in the fun, click the link in the comments section to find out more.

18.01.2022 Great news! Limited edition prints are available again, now BIGGER and better than ever! My new Epson large format printer (which I have affectionately dubbed Ernie) is humming away happily and ready to fill orders with Christmas only weeks away. These beautiful prints are created using archival quality cotton rag in sizes up to A2. To view my range of limited edition prints, click the link in the comments section. I’ll be popping a Print of the Day up over the next week or so as Ernie’s prints roll off the press for the first time!

17.01.2022 My LAST WORKSHOP of 2020 is only two weeks away, on 12-13 September here on the Sunshine Coast! It's just a small (covid-safe) group, so if you'd like to join in the fun please book soon as spots are limited. Suitable for painters of all skill levels, this 2-day workshop is perfect for anyone struggling with creative block or looking for new and exciting ways to create colorful artwork from their imagination. Click link in comments section for more info or to book!

14.01.2022 This is the lovely Lynelle. She attended my workshop last weekend, and (in addition to creating her own impressive body of beautiful artwork!) she also bought my original painting The Funny Farm (pictured). 09.01.2022 #WIP. Still dabbling around with this one, hopefully it'll be finished by the time the weekend's out!

09.01.2022 I Only Have Eggs For You was painted back in 2017, and it’s been one of my most popular prints to date. But then, who doesn’t love chickens? It’s pictured here in the *new* larger A2 size and I think it’s come up a treat! I’m busy shipping prints this week, so if you’re looking for a gift for a chicken-lovin’ friend this Xmas, click on the link in comments to order!

04.01.2022 After running proofs all week, this was the very first A2 print to come off the press, and I’m delighted with the result! This is The Florist’s Companion, an oldie but a goodie. These new larger prints are now available on my website - there's a direct link to this print in comments section of you want to find out more

03.01.2022 Weekends feel like...!!!

01.01.2022 I was feeling pretty uninspired when I walked into the studio this morning, so went to my favourite park for a walk instead and look what I found! I get accused of using ‘over the top’ colours but nature herself could be accused of the very same thing! Hopefully this colourful little cluster will inspire my muse to return to me today

01.01.2022 WHAT’S IN A NAME? Well, a lot if you ask me. Coming up with great names for paintings is really important to me, and sometimes it’s just as much fun as doing the painting itself! Occasionally inspiration strikes and it’s a great feeling when you find a name that’s a perfect fit for the picture (which is how I felt about this one). Just putting the finishing touches on Row, Row, Row your Goat at the moment. It’s actually a little bit longer than it appears in this footage it’s 60cm high and 90cm across but I’ll have it photographed properly and up for sale on my website by tomorrow night, and you’ll be able to see all the details there.
