01.01.2022 Whatever your preferred movement choice is: "Run" with it. OK, I'm more a walker than a runner in these days. Sometimes fast, sometimes slow. I am a mover and... a shaker. I meditate and I do sit ups. I push a lawnmower with great skill and uplevel my cross over skill while sweeping the floor. I swim in the pool, which occasionally looks more like a plash. I still dance as if I'd be 18, taking up most space on the dance floor. ( my lounge room). My mind feels bright and perky when I move the way I love it. So folks, keep moving, any way you like.
