We are very lucky in the great southern to have this timber grown sustainability and locally. We have secret nailed the cladding and scribed all our internal corners. 23.01.2022 Hard at Work The team at Terjesen Constructions have been busy constructing the wall frames and roof structure at our Kalgan Project. We are nearing completion of the structural carpentry element of this build and we are proud of how it is coming together. This building has a high wind rating due to its location which requires additional bracing and tie downs, it may look like just a lot of metal strapping and nails but everything is engineered to the smallest detail such... as how many nails we put in. 20.01.2022 WHAT DO YOU THINK We came across a unique situation during a renovation project in Mt Melville In this multi-level home - we had just finished transforming the basement into a beautiful family space but there wasn't any access unless we went outside ... This situation wasn't ideal & there was also limited space inside to work with inside. 12.01.2022 Check out the progression photos of this amazing deck that we are currently working on. Here we are using jarrah decking boards which gives a huge transformation from the old mouldy pine decking. We have also done some jarrah screening at the owners request, which we have rebated into the posts and glued them in for a seamless look. 12.01.2022 This door our clients bought second hand for cheap......only problem, it was 170mm to wide and 120mm to high. So, options - sell door , buy a new custom made door .......or do what we do best. Re-construct the door to fit the opening . So we cut the door down, installed new side and top rails and glued it all together. Sanded with a coat of oil and it looks brand new worked out to be 50% cheaper than a new door too!
