18.01.2022 Here’s to one of our favourite days of the year. Along with Iso at home day. I might just stay inside today. Or, for the next 6 weeks.... International IPA day is another day to celebrate some of our favourite beers and breweries and why not celebrate one of the closest to our home. We’re extremely lucky to have these guys just down the road in Collingwood and all though their beer isn’t flowing from our taps, our staff are having one at home because it’s a bit of a crowd favourite here. This beer is the gold standard West Coast IPA in Aus or at least that’s what we think! Fixation IPA (6.4%) ABV Brewed originally out of NSW, now also brewed locally out of the Collingwood Brewpub, is a hop forward, flavourful IPA, packed with citrus and has a lingering bitterness. There are a range of hops used in this beer giving it a big, juicy, fruity aroma.
