From tomorrow Thursday 4th June, We'll be opening up the dining room (is that what its called?) from 5pm onwards, 7 nights a week with the following rules... -No more than 20 customers seated at once -Everyone has to sign in -You come for a good time not a long time (long times permitted for those having a good time... i.e. drinking wine)... -No dine-ins for lunch... it's already at the limit -Bird'n'BBQ menu, not the old TERRA nights menu -Walk-ins only at this stage -Etc etc etc Don't forget, takeaway food and wine still available 7 nights a week. Andy Bowdy and his enchanting cakes and pastries from Saga are legendary. The evening will consist of seven courses, 3 from the TERRA team and 2 savoury and 2 dessert courses from Andy showcasing his craft. Bookings are available via our website. 21.01.2022 Spider Steak on the grill this weekend. Obviously its not from a spider. This cut sits inside the aitch bone on the hip of a cow. Its called a spider steak because it has a spread of marbling resembling somewhat of a spider web. Fairly rare these days most likely for a couple of reasons... A) No one asks the butcher for it B) The butcher cant be fucked to take it out properly... C) there is only two per beast and its probably easier just to chuck it into mince trim. Either way, wagyu spider steak from Cape Byron, NSW on the night menu this weekend for your eating pleasure.
