08.01.2022 COVID-19 Update................... We would like to thank patients of Terrace Clinic for their patience and understanding throughout the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) outbreak. Due to the increased queries regarding COVID-19 we can not stress enough to everyone that they are to CALL BEFORE COMING TO TERRACE CLINIC. We are experiencing a higher number of incoming calls so we also appreciate your patience in trying to get through to us throughout each day. ... If you have flu like symptoms, have travelled overseas or domestic in the past 14 days or had possible contact with a Coronavirus patient, we ask that you contact us on 86326700. Every person booking an appointment will be asked questions to help our staff with triaging. We have also taken measures in the waiting rooms and consult rooms to reduce the risk of spreading infections. Seating in the waiting rooms has been spaced out to create a social-distance that will reduce the risk of spreading infection. Inside the entrance to each clinic we have masks and hand wash available. We encourage everyone to practice good hand hygiene and cough etiquette.

08.01.2022 As of Monday the 23rd of March there will be a slight change of hours to our operations here at the clinic. Our doors will not open until 830am Monday - Friday however our phone lines will still remain open at 800am. We have previously stated that all patients MUST call before coming into the clinic. We understand that this may result in extra delays in getting through to us, but please be patient with our staff during this time.... This has occurred for the health and safety of all of our patients as well as our Staff and GP’s. We hope that you can appreciate our efforts in this area. Saturday hours will remain the same at this stage.

From Monday the 30th of March our doors will be closed for FACE TO FACE appointments, however we will be conducting PHONE and VIDEO consults for EVERYONE who wishes to attend the surgery. Terrace Clinic is still here and we are still working, however we are using alternative methods to keep you safe. If you already have a booked appointment we will be in touch with you in due cours...e. For the simple things this may be all you need, and we will arrange to get your prescriptions, blood forms etc to the relevant places. For patients who need to be examined as determined necessary by the doctor we will make arrangements to see you on the same day for assessment. On making an appointment you will be given an appointment time, and asked if you have the ability to take a video call on your phone. If you do not have this ability, we will ring you and do a phone consult. Please be near your phone at your appointment time as we will not have the ability to wait for you indefinitely. We are working as quickly as we can to adapt to the constant change in government regulations therefore we ask that you please be patient with our staff at this time.
