21.01.2022 PAST PROJECT - back in 2014 we delivered the civil component of this 30 townhouse development in Eight Mile Plains. The second project we helped deliver with the Principal Contractor and client on the same Road. This one had extensive benching and retaining, a large underground detention tank and extensive external drainage to gain a legal discharge point

06.01.2022 Another ‘Down and Under’ Watermain diversion at Sunnybank again. This one is for a 150dia recycled water main that no one knew was there. Undocumented, decommissioned and belonging to SEQ Water. They wanted it maintained incase they decide to use it in the future...

03.01.2022 Subdivision - another 1 into 2 subdivision started this week in Chelmer. First job on the list is removing this old ‘lamp-hole’ structure and replace with a new compliant manhole where we can connect a new sewer main to service the new lot. Unfortunately for the boys the entire existing sewer is concrete encased which is fun to jackhammer through when the old live sewer pipe is also concrete and not something you want to break.... Nice view though.!!

03.01.2022 Utilities - the sewer with a view again. Setup with the live sewer running through which will have the crown cut out later when the new main is tested and passed inspections

02.01.2022 New Project: starting this week, we have been engaged to undertake the civil works for this apartment building in Chermside. Works include major sewer main diversion, basement excavation, removal/lowering of existing stormwater infrastructure (including reconstruction of an existing 4.2m deep manhole in the middle of a live road, road widening and water main augmentation.
