23.01.2022 Just like the previous post, you need to incorporate healthy eating and regular exercise into your everyday life for effective results. For some people weights may be a scary thought, but you DO NOT GAIN WEIGHT/FAT lifting weights. This actually helps to burn fat and build muscle (remember muscle weighs more than fat!!!) If you have an unhealthy diet that is what will make you gain the extra pounds not the weights #4.

10.01.2022 When you stop focusing so much on losing weight and more so on keeping yourself healthy, you relax a lot more which brings down your cortisol (stress hormone) levels down and in return losing the body fat. Not to mention you enjoy your time and life with balance, the workouts are more enjoyable because your not so focused on whether the weight is dropping fast enough (as this takes time to lose fat, it doesn't just happen over night) you need patience, commitment, self control and consistency in order to have the results you want. 07.01.2022 This is a no brainer. We all know what processes foods can do to our health, mind and body! It's ok to have these things in moderation, but it's best to avoid these in general. Maybe save it for a day on the weekend, this way it gives you something to look forward to or instead try have a healthy breakfast and lunch then have something bit more exciting and relaxed for dinner. That way your balancing it out and having a healthier diet, and then you can still have something a bit more exciting for dinner. Your body will thank you and you will start to notice you have more energy each day just by cutting these foods down. #9.
