18.01.2022 Our office in Wollongong recently registered a plan of redefinition at the NSW Land Registry Services for a small strata development in Coledale. It was a difficult survey as we had to piece numerous surveys together like a giant jigsaw puzzle, with significant shortages disclosed between Lawrence Hargrave Drive and Squires Crescent and the road widened at the rear by 0.315 of a metre by a check survey by the LPI (not sure why and I believe without any evidence or justification??), it was a challenging fix!! #development #surveying #wollongong #coledale #registeredsurveyor #landsurveyor #boundaries #terralinksgroup #strata #stratadevelopment #subdivision #subdividingland #landdevelopment

02.01.2022 A BIG congratulations to Tim Cook for passing his recent BOSSI registration examinations, Tim has worked really hard over last couple of years spending a lot of early mornings, late nights and working on weekends. Tim was at the office so much that one of the neighbouring tenants in our industrial complex at Kirrawee accused him of living in our strata unit.... lol.
