07.01.2022 The verified build price that we will provide on our website, is designed to be indicative of what your chosen home and selections can be constructed for by an experienced builder. The goal is to give you confidence and assurance in the price of the finished product. Of course, it doesn’t mean that every builder would build the home for that price, but it means it certainly CAN be constructed for that price.
