20.01.2022 Wendouree has seen some serious growth over the last 3 years with the median price in 2017 sitting at a cool $255,000 and now its sitting at a pretty $325,000. Close to 30% in 3 years is pretty good is you ask me. Below is the end of year report for one of Ballarat's hottest suburbs. 15.01.2022 Ballarat Central.... What more can you say, The pocket of Gold in Ballarat. The pinnacle in Regional City living. Wonderful tree lined streets, beautiful period homes and a huge potential to get some quality real estate. Ballarat Central started the year with a median price of $425,000 and currently sits at $525,000. It needs to be said that the price in Jan was based on the previous years sales number of 145 properties and the current median is based on only 109 house sales but it has still seen huge growth. With the cheapest house (not unit) selling for only $220,000, there is still a tonne of value left in the suburb. 12.01.2022 The year in review for Golden Point. Overall the median house price rose from $347,000 to $364,998. With a few commercial sales in the mix as well which skews the results slightly (these were excluded from this report). Units saw a small decline in median price from $312,500 - $307,500 but this just means the units are really good buying right now. We are all aware of the horrific fires that are ravishing our small country towns, communities and our nation and I think I'm right in saying that we are devasted seeing these on the news each day and night.
