25.01.2022 It’s raining, it’s pouring and the number of short circuits is soaring! There are rain related issues coming in all over the coast, and the rain is here to stay all week. This owner was a little stressed, to be fair she’d had an electrician out 3 times over the last week. He’d come out and flick the power back on and it would be ok for a day. We were more than happy to have a second look at this. We were leaning towards rain having come in somewhere but also knew it wasn’t ...raining when the owner reported this issue first starting. We cleared the circuit which was an outdoor power point with water in it. We didn’t stop there! We then took a little extra time to do a thorough test on all of the appliances. Sure enough the pool pump (that was on a timer) would spray water all over the neighbouring power points after around 10 mins of working, causing this home to loose the power. We’ve had success here, we are your electrical detectives with a lot of experience. 0401020258

24.01.2022 It’s that time of the year again where it can be difficult to get tradesman when you need them the most. We went above any beyond for a holidaying family during their stay on the Central Coast between Christmas and the new year. We had no power to the house as the consumer mains became faulty due to a previous electricians work (we apologised that they had to put up with no power while we fixed the issue on the real estates behalf). ... We had sever weather (literally hailing), and this family was on a once a year holiday with nowhere else to go! Our guys were tired from the year and needing a break themselves but we absolutely have to look after our VIP clients, no matter what. It was such a great feeling to save this families holiday, and for them to give us a great review a week later really makes us feel appreciated!

Home mode and away mode If they’re away the sensors will kick in for security, if they’re home the lights work as a regular on off switch. Cool hey? They spoke with our Director Ryan Wilson and some of our apprentices about how life during and after covid-19 and the timely assistance from relief packages, Job Keeper, instant asset write off and the recent apprentice stimulus. What we can say is that this has saved our business and we are very grateful in the quick response from the government. 18.01.2022 STAIRWAY TO HELL??? This multi- story complex in Gosford had lacked a bit of maintainance (for a long time). This strata managment, appeared to have engaged in a few different electrical contractors who have had several attempts at bandaid jobs, using products with less than 2 years warranty. ... These products, although relatively new have failed and guess what? Those contractors who installed the products have gone missing when it comes to taking responsibility for their product selection. We have just had a quote accepted where we we’ve been told we were 25% better value than the next competitor. We’re also slapping on a 7 year warranty for parts and a 20 year warranty for workmanship. We win jobs because of our honesty, reliability the fact we use high quality products. 17.01.2022 What a year we all experienced. 2020 brought on many stresses for our business, and our clients lives as well. We had wildfires, floods and a pandemic and just like everyone else, it really tested us as a small local business. We did many jobs where people required urgent electrical assistance in the middle of a lock down. ... We didn’t know if we should be putting ourselves at risk or assisting our clients who were in desperate need of electricians! We helped many people in tough situations who had been made redundant or had businesses of their own under enormous pressure. 2020 has taught us when the chips are down in our community we band together, that the adversity we face and the resilience we respond with has somewhat changed our model of work. We like to think of ourselves as the people’s sparkies, the guys that look out for our clients best interests rather than profit margins. 17.01.2022 We sponsor a team of Jr basket-ballers. Our first game we lost 20 - Nil. Our second game we lost 32 - 2... There’s something about this team, they have kept their heads up and this bunch of strangers have become a tight group of mates. Today we got out first win of the season, we won 12-8 and although that’s not what Jr sport is all about, it feels great. We’ll always be proud supporters of kids playing sport.

Ryan had a quick sit down with a local marketing company and ...could fly through these with unique, effective answers because he was speaking about what he is very passionate about and speaking facts Q What is the main point of difference between and other electricians and what are the main reasons people get let down by other sparkies? - Trust Well, we’ve been around since 1982 without any issues. This in itself speaks volumes. I haven’t done any reasearch but we’d have to be one of the longest running electrical businesses on the coast. Before the job, we take time to get to know our clients (the ones that are first timers anyway) and after the job we take the time to show them what we’ve done. - Reliability Sometimes reliability can mean someone turning up when they say the will. Sometimes it can mean having a very quick response time. The point of difference with us as just an example is - Even 1 week out from Christmas, we can get to a job on the same day it phones in. In fact if you had no power for example, I’d like to think we’d get there within 2 hours. We do not shut down ever. We always pick up our phone (or would call back straight away). These are not cliche sentences, these are facts. - Skills I may be slightly bias, but I believe we have the best team on the Central Coast. I’ve personally been raised up in an electricians house hold having been dragged to work with my Dad since the age of 6. We now boast a small team and one of our staff is actually the first electrician I ever did work experiance with! Our home grown apprentices in my opinion are much more knowledgeable than a lot of other electricians. I often take over jobs where the electrician hasn’t been able to figure something out and has bailed mid job! We are very confident in taking any size job big or small and a huge variety of work too. Without going into all of our services, I am very confident that we can get the job done more efficiently and effectively. - Community We love helping people. I’ve always been brought up to help the battler. Tradies are expensive and it’s justified by all of the insurances we are forced to pay but I refuse to be unaffordable to those that need us the most. We’ve done many free and heavily discounted jobs through our own company and Free Trade Day and we’ll continue to do it. We support many local sports teams and also provide work experiance for many prospective apprentices coming into the trade. Helping someone, can change their life and it’s truely worth it for us. - Professionalisms We are insured up to the eyeballs, we are licensed (and I’d hope our competitors are too). We have gone above just your standard licensing and are accredited in many other related specialities and trades including Air-Conditioning. We take our clients concerns very seriously. We love being professional however will not scarafice being happy and friendly to our clients. We have a system that breaks down all of our time, material and is easy to understand. We rarely loose our clients because their needs and their satisfaction is the most important thing to us! We love new clients too so please call the office if you need a good looking sparky. 07.01.2022 6:15pm Friday night we get sent this photo. This was all caused by a rat It was a solid job for a Friday night and there were not any wholesalers open to get material. ... A big out to the legends at Cetnaj Erina who opened their store after hours for us to get some gear (it’s not what you know but who you know sometimes). And if you’re wondering, we got them back on by 10:00pm thanks to a huge effort from our quick response team.

06.01.2022 Just a small job - A no-name switch mechanism ended up having a small piece of metal liven up the front of the plastic. These tenants got a solid shock, we’ve swapped the switch mechanism over to a high quality one. As much as we like putting spark into peoples lives, this shouldn’t have happened. If you’ve got cracks in your switches get them sorted before it becomes dangerous.... 0401020258

These guys went above and beyond, calculating angles of light, potential fan blade lengths and depth from ceiling. They mapped all of these angles out with string so it was kinda tricky to get in there but what they did was 100% right (well, it was a really good effort)! ... They didn’t realise that we could have helped them out with this fairly involved formula obligation free with our free advise, free quote policy. 05.01.2022 So we lost our first game of the season 20-Nil. It can be a harsh reality for some kids realising they’re no Michael Jordan. We could have all the excuses, the other kids are bigger, older, more experienced at Basketball. ... Mark these words; We will score some points this season. We might even win a game, but that’s not what’s important. To see the kids have a blast, and for the coach to pump them up, saying how well they did goes a long way! 05.01.2022 Today we learnt some sad news about the passing of Sandra Jackson. We were lucky enough to meet this woman who was as tough as they come. A run of bad luck (that could happen to anyone) put her in a really tricky spot where she was living without basic essentials like no oven and no hot water. We are glad Sandras last couple of years were with hot water and with an oven. ... She was a much loved human who really make you reassess your values in life, she was so positive despite her battles with cancer and her living environment. Her situation really makes us reflect on how lucky we are to be in good health, and in positions where we can help people like her.
