Training is always something I have done over the 25 years in the real estate business. I am delighted to say, one of the sessions I was learning about last night involved how to best help vendor management with price adjustme...nts relevant to the current market conditions. I am thanking Shane Beaumont - One Residential and Tom Panos for their insight and training in how best to do this. I implemented the suggested method and managed to confirm a price adjustment of 3-4% in line with the current market feedback.
