14.01.2022 Every year I invite the student leadership from all 16 (17 from next year) of my local schools to have lunch at the Parliament of Western Australia. Due to Covid we missed out on a few this year when visits to the Parliament dining room were shut due to Covid but it has been wonderful to start having my schools back again and have Ashburton Drive Primary School and St Emilie's Catholic Primary School in for lunch this week They did us all proud. ... This is a tradition I love and one of the best parts of my job, and if I am given the honour of being re-elected as your Member of Parliament in March 2021, it is a tradition I will continue for the 2021 student leadership teams and beyond.

14.01.2022 WHERE DO YOU WANT YOUR NEXT BUS ROUTES IN OUR AREA? There is an opportunity to create a new bus route in our local area as part of the METRONET Thornlie-Cockburn Link. This new bus Route 233 will run between Gosnells and Cockburn Central stations and service residents along Southern River Road. ... As part of this new route there are also proposed changes to Routes 210, 211 and 517. Route 517 will now include Castlewood Parkway and Balfour Street. I am asking residents for feedback on this new route and any proposed changes. You can give me feedback by visiting terryhealy.com.au/route-233 or by sending me an email at [email protected]

12.01.2022 I will be making balloon animals at the The Salvation Army Gosnells Fete this morning. Looking forward to seeing everyone there. Well done to our team of organisers.

11.01.2022 It is wonderful when we can all work together and today we acknowledge World Kindness Day. I dropped into Southern Grove Primary School today and picked up our communities copy Of Being Kind which was published with the support of our community and Hon Kate Doust MLC and Pierre Yang MLC and myself. I also dropped off a new aboriginal flag on behalf of our Federal MP Matt Keogh because we lost the last one in the recent storm. Thank you to Matt for kindly ensuring our scho...ol can proudly express its proud indigenous heritage. Every family should be so proud of the kind words and amazing art and heart inside Southern Grove‘s new book. Thank you for all my parliamentary colleagues and to our school and Principal Burns for their leadership and kindness in this project.
