19.01.2022 *HELPFUL HINTS FOR CORONAVIRUS PREPARATION* 1. First and foremost, it goes without saying that if you have returned from overseas travel in the last 14 days or you have been in contact with someone who has been confirmed to have Covid-19 please do not enter the Pharmacy. We are still here to help you, however it is safest for everyone if we do so over the phone. 2. If you are experiencing respiratory problems, sore throat, fever, cough, shortness of breath or breathing diffic...ulties then please call us BEFORE entering the Pharmacy. We will do everything we can to ensure you get your medicine and health care. 3. For our customers who are wishing to have 'reduced contact transactions' for the immediate future, please consider dropping your prescriptions off to the store and downloading our TerryWhite Chemmart Health app. You are able to order your prescription medications plus any other items you may require (vitamins, toiletries etc) via the app. We can then prepare the items and you can arrange collection at the front of the store to reduce store traffic. 4. Please be patient with our staff - we are experiencing extremely busy periods and we are doing our best to fulfill your needs. We understand you may be all panicking but as this continues there is bound to be shortages of some medications and please be rest assured we are doing absolutely everything we can to get these supplied to you. 5. Please be sensible - whilst you may want 4 boxes of Panadol, we may only be able to supply you with 1 or 2. If everyone stockpiles loads of unnecessary medication, that is when we will certainly run out and people who actually need items will not be able to purchase them. 6. If you are needing medication and you cannot get into the pharmacy then please contact us to make alternate arrangements. As said above, we are here to help in any way possible. 7. We, like everyone else, have run out of hand sanitiser and face masks. We do have waiting lists being compiled and we are doing all we can to get further supplies.
