20.01.2022 This one of the best exercises your not doing. You can use your hands to get back up and just do the lowering portion. Great for knees, hamstrings, glutes, core.

17.01.2022 Limiting what you can eat is not the successful way to go on a diet. This type of restriction doesn't last but does creates the impression of a magical food / meal that is waiting for you when the diet ends. You then binge on foods that have been restricted during the diet, this leads eventually to guilt and weight gain and unhappiness about how you look.... Then you go back on a restrictive diet. A better approach is to allocate a percentage of your calories to these foods.



16.01.2022 Supplements thatmay beworth your money. Vitamin D3 - Unless you get enough sun. Creatine - If you can remember to take it.... Protein Powder - If you aren't meeting your protein through nutrition. High-Quality Fish Oil - If you aren't consuming enough through nutrition (eg Salmon) Caffeine - 40 minutes before workout. But not after lunch as it may affect sleep. That's pretty much it. Granted there are other options but this is more on a case by case basis (think Vegan). Almost any other supplement claiming to DETOX or BURN FAT is just burning a hole in your pocket. P.s. I'm not sponsored but a supplement. I prefer to tell the truth.

Limit yourself to 1 snack a day. Eliminate Liquid calories. Get rid of these where possible. Switch your fizzy drinks to no calorie fizzy drinks.

07.01.2022 Instead of completely stripping out your current diet why not meet it where you’re at. The first thing I do with clients I work with is to look for the low hanging fruit, the easy wins shall we say. For example, with my client Dave alcohol is part of his lifestyle so instead of banning it, we looked at where it could be reduced and swapped. This way he gets results whilst still enjoying a few drinks each week. ... Stop trying to force something that isn’t going to work for you.
