21.01.2022 Wonderful to see our community come together to acknowledge NAIDOC week. An amazing welcome to country from Robin Collard. One of the flags was raised by Sandra from Huntingdale (who also has art displayed today) An amazing song by my former colleague Deb Brown’s daughter, Isabel, a moving speech from Ingrid Cumming and brilliant local dancers showed us our local indigenous culture is rich and alive in Gosnells. ... Also got to meet Tamara whose indigenous art is proudly displayed in my office. Tamara and Jacinta brought their amazing Wirrapunda Foundation kids to the ceremony. Thankyou to the Mayor, CEO and their team for hosting and organising todays event with our community elders. With our community elders and Chris Tallentire MLA, Stephen Price MLA - Member for Forrestfield, Donna Faragher MLC, Pat Morris and Gosnells Councillors.

And thank you to everyone for doing the right thing during covid and for standing with us to stop the Liberals trying to privatise Western Power at this election and the next election so that initiatives like this are possible. Give my office a call if you have any questions.

10.01.2022 Thank you to our community for all the work in bringing about the indoor cricket facility at the Gosnells Cricket Club. I was very proud to deliver on our promise of $150,000 towards this project from the McGowan Government.
