Creation Homes have done an exceptional job as we are one week away from Practical Completion and followed by Settlements being called for Stage 2. 05.01.2022 Another successful month at Moreton Townhomes. There has been great progress onsite since our last update and our builders Creation Homes are in full swing. Stage 1 is on track for settlement in April with the external cladding going up. Internally, kitchens are being installed and further works completed including installation of bi folds doors. Progress is happening with stage 2, footings are being poured and slabs going down, frames and roofs will be complete before Christ...ma The heart of our project, our 1000m2 of amenity is really starting to take shape. The pool has been poured and we are starting to lay out how that area will look for our residents.
