19.01.2022 Hi Beautiful People, as I lie here in forced rest, incapable of standing or walking until my injured back heals, I’m recounting the past couple of months amazing events that I now can share with you all Many of you may not be aware that in 2012 we bought and renovated my Husband’s family building, an old butcher shop in the middle of Cooktown on the main Street. With the aim to purpose the multiple buildings on the property as Shop 1 (Wiluka Hair and Beauty) Shop 2 as my Ph...otographic’s studio, a Caretakers Residence (our home) a music room for our kids and various sheds for storage and areas for maintenance. Moving forward to 2020, tick, mission accomplished, used well, Time to move on.... And just like that with a tiny process of packing, prepping all the buildings on the property, finding a new home and legal stuffs (actually not really tiny....HUGE PROCESS!! lucky I have an Amazing Husband Daniel & strong Fabulous kids Peta Brandon & Veronika ) we now have a new place to live in, I have a temporary studio that we’ve tidied and moved into, and can plan the next stage for our life & Tess Photography It’s been a FULL ON past couple of months, that I’ve just had to neglect my everyday businesses due to deadlines and the like, and in the process totally ignored my Personal Trainer hat also ....yes we must stretch before and after lifting heavy items especially if it is to be a daily occurrence!!! or you could get injured I also made the tough decision to end the Framing component to the studio, with COVID19 and it’s obvious drawbacks, an already difficult industry made even more difficult, its not fair to my clients or myself to continue this service.
