18.01.2022 Every year on the first Sunday of May, children are celebrated in the Tongan culture. This day is known as Sapate Fakam, or white Sunday. Children spend months learning songs, preparing plays (theatre) and memorising bible versus to share on this one day. *** My sisters @ms_staples213 and @toasiulangapo put together this beautiful clip show casing the children and youth of Falelotu Kosipeli in Christchurch. The church my siblings and I were raised. *** Who can remember the know it all’s who learnt their versus in one night. Lol

This one has a brutal finisher that doesn’t come any harder, especially at the tail end of a hiit session. *** I’ve touched on the challenges already around coaching via live streams, and today was no exception. As a coach or instructor teaching a live class to your millions of viewers () there is no hiding. Bringing me back to the brutal finisher. 50 burpees within 2 minutes.
