24.01.2022 Dear valued patients: We hope you’ve been keeping well and have been enjoying the beautiful weather we have been having. We are now OPEN but with Level 2 restrictions as deemed necessary by the Australian Dental Association and the Australian Dental Board. What this means for our patients: ... - If you are suffering from any Covid-19 symptoms or have been in contact with someone who has Covid-19 please DO NOT attend the practice. - All patients will be required to use hand sanitizer as soon as they arrive and when they enter the surgery. - When you arrive for your appointment, we will be taking your temperature and you will be required to fill in a Covid-19 declaration. If your temperature is elevated, we will not be able to see you. - There are chairs outside so if someone comes with you, they will be asked to stay outside. (Parents please don’t bring children to your appointment as they cannot be monitored.) - Cough Screens have been set up at reception to protect you and our reception team and to help maintain 1.5m distancing. - We have reduced the number of clinicians and staff working to reduce the amount of people in the surgery at any given time. - All hard surfaces are disinfected constantly. Your health and safety as well as the staffs’ is paramount during this difficult time. If you do not feel comfortable coming in but have questions please contact us on 07 5447 1361 and we will do our best to assist you over the phone. Due to our Level 2 restrictions your appointment may not feel like a normal dental appointment. As advised routine dental treatment should be postponed until restrictions are lifted.
